Food was delivered so fast i5 made my head spin. Pizza was hot and the delivery driver was polite and even brought some extra garlic sauce.

Overall I don’t have many issues with this locations. Food is usually correct and fresh. However, I am disappointed in tonight’s experience. We ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza, when we received the pizza is was a whole pepperoni. Upon calling the store they asked if I wanted a refund or a remake. I told them a remake, they said it would take another 30-40 minutes (after waiting 50 minutes for the original order) and I give the current pizza back to the driver. Their wait time is normal for their delivery service. I told them that’s ridiculous and to give me a refund as I have hungry children waiting. I do not believe tonight’s experience was typical and I don’t believe I should have to give the food back when we have already waited for the original order.

I bought a pizza online and have bought many pizzas online before from this store. Once I ordered the pizza, I immediately headed over to the store to pick it up. This pizza; however, was barley warm when I brought it home (I drove straight home too). I haven’t had this issue before. I called the store and spoke to Olivia who told me there was nothing she or the GM could do and that there are reheating instructions on the box. I’ve worked many customer service jobs in restaurants and this was poor customer service. I’ve had a long couple days and just wanted a pizza to make this evening easier. I spent hard-earned money on a luke-warm pizza. The economy is already awful enough that Luke-warm pizza really sets the tone. It’s wild to me that their way of fixing a problem is telling me to fix it myself. If I buy food from a restaurant it’s because I was wanting the convenience of having something already made and not having to take time to re-heat something that was suppose to be hot. Olivia needs to find another job because as I’ve said I’ve had many customer service jobs and her customer service was appalling. You might want to think of ordering your pizza somewhere else cause if Olivia is there she’s gonna tell you it’s your problem now.

Did a carry out order about 11 am for 2 garlic epic stuffed crust pizzas and an order of the hot lemon pepper bone in wings. By the time I got around to eating the second pizza it was about 6 pm (saved one for the Super Bowl right!) I noticed that the crust of the pizza texture is gummy. I pull the toppings off and the pizza is literally doughy and raw. I call Papa John’s local store at 1313 West Main St. and request a refund for one of the pizzas. A guy identifying himself as the manager tells me “I should have called earlier” and that I can bring the pizza back to the store for them to look at. So I take the pizza back and the a woman identifying herself as the general manager tells me they can’t guarantee freshness after so many hours. I told her that argument would be relevant if I was complaining about the pizza being old (which wasn’t the case) it wasn’t done. Then she asked me to show her where the pizza wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I show her the dough and she commenced to arguing that it was cheese from the stuff crust and not dough. I tell her that I’m not here to argue with her but I’m the customer and I would like a refund for one of the pizzas that wasn’t eaten. She then tells me that the system won’t allow her to give me a refund. I asked for the corporate phone number, she refused to provide it and told me to Google it. I asked for the district manger’s contact info and she refused to provide it. I’m not sure what’s the deal with the restaurants in this area thinking that they can treat paying customers any type of way. Their ineptitude is staggering. Ma’am you’re an hourly employee you have no stake in this franchise what so ever! Refund my money!

The boneless wings are now just chicken nuggets with sauce on them. Actual breaded nuggets like from the freezer aisle. Based on how chewy they were i would assume they cook them in a microwave too.

I’m only giving a 1 star because I can’t give a zero this is the absolute worse papa John’s I have ever been to two weeks in a row I have order the both time the pizza is soggy topping and cheese are scarce need less to say I through the cold pizza out bought little Caesars across the street hands down better than this papa John’s will drive to Mount Juliet next time oh and I tried to get a manager both times I hung up after 15min on hold

Nowadays thanks for working.All the rest could be much better. 3 times placed an order - 3 times they messed it up. Staff work with no gloves, not paying attention to the details of the order.

Pizza has always been good but every time we order delivery they forget the extra sauces we pay for. One time is a mistake. Three, four, five times in a row is an issue with your employees.

There is no point having drive-up pickup and a tracker if the crew marks your order "picked up" as soon as it hits the oven in order to game your turn around time system. Ended up walking into the store, only to have to wait another 5 minutes for the pizza.

Second time ordering since moving to Lebanon. Neither time have we had a pizza that was good to us. First order had tasteless crust almost undercooked. Second order had almost no crust or toppings and was dry. We won't try again.
