Absolutely fantastic job that Caliber did repairing my 2023 Chevy Tahoe. The vehicle looks like new again, everything was put back together perfectly, and the paint is blended perfectly too. The customer service provided by Charles was nothing short of outstanding. This was the first time in 45 years of driving that I have had to have body work done to one of my vehicles. Charles turned a stressful situation into a very pleasing experience. The car was fixed on the timeline that was set and they kept me informed along every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend Charles and Caliber Collision in Lebanon to anyone who needs body work repair on their vehicle.

Bumper isn’t lined up correctly, bumper was loose when I got it home the first time. Took it back, still isn’t lined up correctly was told that’s as good as it gets- took this picture of my car 24 hours later and screws are backing out of it. If you’re thinking about using them- just don’t. I sure wish I hadn’t because at caliber shoddy work ‘is’ as good as it gets.

I recently took my truck to Caliber Collision in Lebanon, TN, for repairs on the right rear quarter panel. Brandon did a fantastic job on the repair, and I could tell that my vehicle was well taken care of throughout the process. The GM was incredibly understanding and polite, making sure I was satisfied every step of the way.
When I got my truck back, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor! I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and the lifetime warranty on their work gives me great peace of mind. I'm very thankful to the team at Caliber Collision for quickly and efficiently getting my truck back on the road. Thank you all so much!

I strongly discourage you from visiting or taking your vehicle to this place. The customer service experience was incredibly poor. There was a complete lack of communication regarding our vehicle during the entire 7-day period it was in their possession. I only found out about the status when I contacted the insurance company myself. Despite being told we could collect the vehicle on a Tuesday, when we arrived, we were informed that it needed a couple more hours. Upon returning after 2 hours, we discovered that there had been no progress at all - the vehicle was still in the same spot. It felt as though my inquiries for updates were unwelcome. They never even put the notes in their system after speaking with my insurance agent. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience. There were missing items from inside the vehicle as well as under the hood and we were told we could come back up there and look for them, they must have misplaced them. I will never use this shop again.
