I’ve been here multiple times for pre employment testing and this experience is the worst yet. They have removed the window with the receptionist and instead nothing but screens. Which don’t work! A FREAKING CLIPBOARD IN THIS YEAR OF OUR LORD 2024. Some people have been here for over two and half hours. My appointment was at 10:10, it’s already 10:30. There are twenty or more people crammed into this tiny waiting room breathing the same air. Feeling extremely nervous about getting Covid. ZERO STARS 0/10

The clinic I went to was in a bit of chaos and behind schedule about an hour (maybe more). I understood how this happened- as the kiosk was out of order and a piece of paper and a pen were laid out for folks to sign in. ( Pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation, as I worked in the medical field for about 15 years and know it was drilled in my head to mark out, in Sharpie, all names that could be seen by patients waiting in the lobby.) I was stunned there was no front desk person to check clients in, but I guess that is becoming a thing of the past.
However - the one Phlebotomist - and the only worker at the clinic I saw - was very kind even in the face of many patients being frustrated with her. She was extremely professional, and when it was my time to be called back, I wasn't rushed at all. She took the same amount of time I would have expected if I had been the only person in the clinic. She was also extremely good at taking my blood and there was no pain at all.
I hope that explains my ratings, both written and numbered, above. It would be to the advantage (in my opinion) of the clinic to hire actual people to run the office and let the Phlebotomists do the job for which they were trained.

Tina is a rockstar! As a patient, I am always glad when she greets me at Quest. She is very skilled and my experience at Quest has always been top notch.

The pre-checkin option is wonderful. I just arrived at their office, waited about three minutes, and the tech called me into the exam room. She was pleasant and friendly as well as efficient, and I was back out in my car in a matter of minutes.

I wouldn’t bring my children here or even get blood drawn. Staff is rude, unprofessional and unclean waiting area.

Had to call billing to get a phone # to confirm availability for ordered labs. This was met with a myriad of offers for insurance, contest entries for prizes, etc. prefaced with request for private information. Eventually found out office "closed for maintenance tomorrow." I am reverting back to LabCorp for all future lab work.

free of any illegal drugs yet they still test positive for methamphetamine believe they're in collusion with DCs

Walked in and registered and only waited 6 minutes and I was called back. I think that's pretty good for a walk-in! My 5 stars go to Shea (spelling maybe wrong) just so they get this right. We spoke about me losing my son 19 months ago and she let me cry on her shoulder while she hugged me so tight! I literally felt her love and compassion. You don't know of everyone's struggles, but she cared about mine today. Thank you SheaRobyn Gutherless

There seems to be only one person working. I was a walk-in with only 2 other walk-ins ahead of me. With only 3 ppl in the lobby at any given time, the wait is ridiculous. It really doesn't take that long to test. Other Quest locations, I was in & out even as a walk-in because they kept it moving. In addition, I even then made an appointment for a set time & still wasn't taken back as being EARLY for said appointment which a huge WASTE of time for them when nobody is there for another appointment yet. Smh.I will travel to go anywhere, but here next time.
