While the store may have a bad reputation, the people make the difference. Some employees work hard, and a few even greet regular customers every time. When something isn't right, one employee named V, a blonde, fixes it right away. Customers appreciate the wonderful employees and the best coffee in town. The store had a rough time during a management change, but major positive changes have been made in the last 6 weeks. One customer had a less than stellar experience with a rude employee, but overall, the employees are great people who do their best to help. The store is usually very clean, and the pizza and coffee bar are highly praised.
This particular store has a, ongoing, bad habit of closing and locking their doors at peak hours. Over six months I've noticed this. There is no policy that covers this inconsistency.

This is what a coffee station should look like. It's one of the reasons why I come here. Also the gas is always competitively price, the staff is friendly and the bathrooms kept clean.

Came in on a Friday night the girl working was absolutely amazing and the store was clean!!
