So helpful. The employee really went out of her way to help me out and explain products to me. Without her I would have messed up completely. ? They have a great celebration and are well stocked.

Very disappointed in the service at this store. They sold me a set of faulty wahl detailers without a warranty card in the box, and refused to let me exchange them or refund me. The trimmers had hair on them when I bought them as well... The manager Kristy refused to work with me on any solution.

I’ve had a hard time finding a flat iron. I took one back and exchanged it for another one. Then hated that one and exchanged that one for the one I had prior. I gave up and ordered a Bio ionic. When I tried to return the one I had the woman(short peach hair) said that I had already returned it once. I explained to what I did and she still said I couldn’t return it. The blonde woman was very kind. I don’t like being made out to be a liar. Always always keep your receipts whether you have Sally rewards or not and I wouldn’t waste your time shopping at this location.

My name is Rebecca i just walked out of Sally's beauty in Lebanon tn and as i was checking out i noticed on the screen that the first charge was for a bag to carry out what im getting ready to pay for so i asked are you charging me for a bag and shes like yeah you know like Aldis however Aldi prices are discounted and Sallys are not so i said naw naw naw i aint paying for a bag for items im getting ready to pay for and the bag was about as tall as a fingernail file..if my nails weren't so jacked up i would've walked out with nothing!! SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A BAG BRING YOUR OWN....GIRL BYE. .i do like Sallys but im not paying for a bag unless they go down on prices like Aldi. Good Day

Michelle is the reason I will NEVER spend another dollar of mine at Sally’s. I’m a regular I normally go to the one in mtjuliet but I was in a hurry so I came to the Lebanon location . She refused to let me use the coupons that were on my account. Was EXTREMELY RUDE & unprofessional. Will not be back !

Day one of phase one reopening during the pandemic. Not only are associates not wearing masks but one brought a customer over to where I was standing then proceeded to hover around me while explaining hair color correction options. I had to duck and evade then wait several minutes to get back to what I needed. Social distancing is not observed at all... red x's on the floor were ignored. I need my color like the rest of you ladies but not ok, not right now!

I went in there Sunday 3/17/19 I needed help with finding the stuff to bleach my hair again been a long time couldn't remember what I needed and I do remember one of the girls that work there her name is Emma she was very helpful she knew a lot about hair coloring even gave me some tips on how much developer to use, toner to use very sweet girl the other girl that was working don't know her name but she had pretty blue hair she was knowledgeable as well I will definitely be back I have nothing but good things to say. I asked them do I need more than two packs of the bleach they said I shouldn't but just wait to see after I do it like I said very helpful. I have not had an issue at Sally's at any time with their products etc. Made me feel good because Emma even complimented the headband that I made that I was wearing that day and that was really sweet so whoever the manager is Reading this you have some really good employees working at this location very satisfied. I will definitely be back possibly this weekend.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN ANY STORE The female with short dark hair stalks you around the store as if you're going to steal. Huffs and puffs if you need to get into an isle she's stocking. It's incredibly uncomfortable. She acts like a child stomping her feet and stands over me as If I'm the hugest inconvenience, even though I've asked politely for a little breathing room. Every visit has been like this when she is there and I always leave the store upset, except when someone else is working, then I;m able to have a nice polite conversation and ask questions that i need to ask. I've never encountered such poor customer service in my ENTIRE LIFE. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm shopping on Amazon from now on. The manager should retire if she hates her job and all of her customers that much. Her advice is null and void. I would recommend shopping at walmart or online if you want easy breezy and proper customer service, otherwise be prepared for an unpleasant and rude experience.
