Great service, easy instructions, not cheap but definitely not as expensive as the alcohol monitor ankle bracelet. My only thing now is im paying $100 weekly for an ankle monitor and smart start is only around $140 a month. Make sure your lawyer has your t's crossed and i 's dotted, keeps his promise to have it immediately removed asap an order from the DA was sup to be signed as soon as I got it installed to the car And here it is, a week and day later. Still have both the frustrations, extra money im throwing out the window And lastly, this was a DUI 1ST. CRAZY! BUT SMART START DID GREAT ON THEIR PART!

I was under a time line and had to drive out of county to get device installed. Dominque at the Lebanon location went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and did not feel like I was in a judgment zone. As far as company itself very frustrating given different prices wrong date for install etc. Office and phone people could use improvements but service at shop great and recommended.

I really dont wanna do this because I still have this device in my car but my program has ended. I'm not gonna say anything out of line at this point. I'm doing this because Smart Start an Interlock can be different depending on the state you live in. SSSSSHHHHHH! TENNESSEE IS A FRANCHISE STATE. Anyone can buy one. An guess what? You get to make your own rules an hours of service. They can also have different rules for different customers. And the Smart Start App, which gladly sets you up on AUTO DRAFT FOR PAYMENT doesnt apply to Tn. The hand held device I pictured is one of the first ever put out on market. They do not even have parts to repair it if something fails. An ya that's the 1 I get. The dexcom pictures is a device for diabetes that tests your level every 15 minutes. It alerts in a high or lo. I have one for my sugar levels. Wow dont my levels look great while I'm at location to get my final calibration. This is how much the 1 employee causes me anxiety. Not to mention the device itself is enough to make you wreck. When you get in your car you blow an it analyzes your breath for alcohol. It displays Pass. Your car will start. The manual literally tells you 6 minutes later you will blow again, then your good for 30 minutes. So here I go to my final calibration, car starts with pass. I dont even get out of my neighborhood an it wants me to blow again. I'm like what the hell. I grab it, blow till I have no air left an it goes beeps beeps beeps SMART START. I'm like what just happened. Does it again on the way. It's still doing it. An guess what? If it causes me to be noncompliant I'm gonna lose it. No human from any place I've called can explain this to me. I'm telling you all basically as documentation. For a fourth time. Please be aware if you no someone in Tn. On this program to keep documentation an put notes in there file on the app. Ya'll be safe an stay healthy!

The service is acceptable. Owner always says hello. Would recommend Smart Start ignition to anyone. The person who answers your question is very helpful. Thank you.

These people are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. After waiting an hour for a smart start removal they then decided to try and reschedule for another day after they had already removed the device and reinstalled it. The owner was rude on the phone everytime I called to talk to him to try and figure out what I needed to do. Stay away from this place
