Briana in the Lebanon Tn store is amazing. She always welcomes you in with a warm greeting. She is so knowledgeable of the mobile technology. At 76 yrs old she had to save me front poking at my phone making consistent user errors, lol.

Spectrum went above and beyond when helping me. I was switching from a different carrier and had some issues and they were awesome!! I was there most of the morning and they even helped when they were off the clock. I highly recommend, their customer service is unmatched!! Awesome friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even when I had to call customer service they were great as well. So far their mobile has been great!! Thanks guys for helping me that day!! Darla, Sheila and Avianna yall are the best!!

I was switching from another carrier to Spectrum this week and in the process, was having an issue getting the old carrier to unlock my phone so Spectrum could port/switch my service. The request is all done online and is automated and understood it could take up to 48 hours for my phone to be unlocked. At the end of day 3, my phone was still locked and showing status in progress. I made a couple attempts at going to the old carrier's store to see if I could get them to help speed it up in any way, since I couldn't even make or receive a phone call from my phone during this process. They were of no help and acted like they couldn't care less. Meanwhile, I had made several trips to the Spectrum Lebanon store so they could also check my status. Briana there was so very helpful and patient as I was in her store every day during this time in anticipation of her being able to make the switch over. She told me about another special they were offering, that got me a fantastic deal on top of the already great deal I was getting from them. It made the wait worthwhile and made a frustrating situation a little less so. During the several days I was in the Lebanon store, I watched and observed, as I work in the customer service industry too and am always interested in seeing how others in the same industry react to customers. The customer service there is top notch. The girls Briana, Darla and Sam greeted and acknowledged each person coming in even though there was a line at times and did so, so very pleasantly. They were helpful and did so with a smile something that can be so lacking today. I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to switch service. We also switched from our current internet and cable to Spectrum and dealing with their agents over the phone and technician that came to install the equipment, I have to say they all greatly exceeded our expectations.

Spectrum has been decent. I do not have a choice in my area. If you have an issue, it takes 2 days to get someone out here. We pay too much for the service to be a joke. Things happen, but they should be willing to accommodate.

Matthew was so so helpful! I came in expressing my concerns about budget and speed and he created a plan for me that was better than what I came in for! I really appreciated how he treated me with kindness and it felt like he wanted to help me as a person and not just a customer. Such a great experience thank you!

1. In Dec 2022, got new phone + new number (new line, 1322) told them to CLOSE the old one.
Spectrum DIDN’T close the old line Instead, acting on thier own Changed that old line (9202) to a new number (1323) keeping the line OPEN, totally inexplicably.
2. They have refunded me 6 months of the line but say policy wont let them refund the full 2.5yrs.
3. I updated my email with them and they never updated it or sent any paper bills notifying me i’m still being charged for the OLD line.
I was very busy at the time and had expected a price increase since adding a family member around the same time. Spectrum customer service are expert SCAMMERS. This was pure theft!

Went to the Lebanon Store to remove a service. Walked in there were 5 employees behind the counter-nothing not hello - what do you want, nothing. Took 30 minutes to find out they have NO ABILITY in the office to drop a service. I felt like I was at a sleezy car lot - kept trying to sell me on their cell plans. Horrible experience!!!!
