First and foremost, I would like to say that I have never been harassed like this in my LIFE by a customer service representative. I contacted Spectrum today to cancel my internet service. I was FORCED to stay on the phone for 30 minutes and completely harassed by the customer service representative. I repeatedly stated that I wanted to cancel my service and that I no longer wanted to be associated with Spectrum in any form (streaming services, internet, cell phone, etc.). I said I was currently at work and had just a few minutes to get this completed. The conversation started out pleasant, however, turned very hostile and completely unprofessional on the part of the rep. He REFUSED to listen to me and just cancel the service as I asked. He was completely rude to me and acted as if I was incompetent. Even when I stated I would not be responding to his questions about my current cell phone bill (which was honestly none of his business), etc., his response was, “well, if you don’t respond in 2 minutes I will be forced to disconnect.” Excuse me? I am being FORCED to listen to this nonsense when all I want is to disconnect my service. I even told him this is harassment, did he care? not one bit! He also kept putting words in my mouth. I was SHOCKED at how ridiculous and unprofessional this encounter was. Why in the WORLD would I ever stay with Spectrum after this? It is beyond me. Even if I ever considered going back to this company, I most certainly would not now. He should be FIRED. I also love how this company can suddenly save me all this money after I have already contracted with another company. When I had contacted customer service about their outrageous raising rates in the past, they had pretty much told me too bad for you, that is the cost, deal with it (completely unprofessional as well). Now suddenly you can lower all my rates and raise my speeds? IMAGINE THAT. This was beyond the worst experience of my life with any organization, and I will be making SURE that everyone knows to STAY FAR AWAY from Spectrum. What a humiliating experience. I also have NOT received the confirmation email that I was told I would receive (after being forced to stay on the phone for 30 minutes), stating that my service has been canceled. I want that confirmation sent over immediately. I refuse to sit on the phone with anyone at this company ever again. I am still shocked and irritated by all of this. I cannot believe I had to deal with this today. I am completely amazed that people like this have customer services jobs. What happened to treating customers with respect???

The worst internet provider. Inconsistent wifi . Goes out consistently and when you call support they tell you to unplug it and plug it in. Don't waste your money unless you're like me and are out of reach of AT&T

I was a customer of Charter for over 20 years. When I moved out of their service area, they charged me for an extra month of service. When I called them about it, they said they had given me one day of service in the following billing cycle and charged me for the whole month. They refused to refund it saying they had "no good way to do refunds." It is a shame that they ruined 20+ years of positive experience over $80.

These people have been charging me for a line I don’t have for over a year and not a single person has tried to fix it. I’ve been in this store at least 5 times. Always guaranteed it’ll be fixed and it never is. They owe me more than 800$+. Next step is to get a lawyer. Stay away, go to Verizon.

The service from spectrum has been so iffy from the start. Spotty internet signal, cable not working and it is pretty pricey for the packages offered. The new situation with Disney… I hope within the week this manner can be resolved. We have ESPN, etc. and cannot view any of these channels due to an internal business matter. We are now on the second week that we cannot view our teams play. We are still paying for these channels and have received NO kind of incentive for not being able to utilize our full broadcast. We also cannot use our ESPN+ subscription to view due to our internet being tied to Spectrum. Id also rather not have to pay $99/ month for fubu to watch the channels I already pay for. Please advise!

After two years of happy service I got an up charge out of the blue. When I called to ask about it I was informed that the service I had been receiving was promotional, and that when service deals change so does the charge. I was very disappointed. I asked if they could do that just whenever they wanted… and I also asked if they were not obliged to honor the service package price they sold me. Quite simply, the answer was no. I find this to be un honorable, inconsistent, and bad business.

I want to thank and acknowledge the wonderful customer service provided to us today by Sheila Todd at this location she fixed a major problem for us today with no questions asked when someone tried to use our address to get service and we went without service for half of a day while things were figured out about how someone wound up getting us cut off and putting services in their name at our address and she also was able to get us our bill credit back when services were finally restored in our name this is how customer service is supposed to be done way to go Sheila!!!

Ive always gotten excellent service from the Lebanon spectrum store and I’ve visited quite a few times. I had new service installed on a new home. There were some hiccups along the way with equipment and Spectrum’s call/chat support was utterly useless to hostile ( not nice to say but sadly true). The store staff understood the issues, replaced equipment, upgraded equipment and were very nice about the whole thing.

This has been the worst experience ever. The customer service is poor and what was suppose to be affordable, has now turned into down right highway robbery. And not to mention, my service was down more than it was up and when you called, they did not show any outages.
