Josalice was just rude wasn’t very helpful to me and husband just had very attitude and was to worried about a male coworker to be helping me and my husband in any way or form refuse to come back to this place.

For Christmas, we bought our daughter a new phone. We requested to pay for the phone; but, instead, we were enrolled in a 2-year payment plan. We contacted T-Mobile support and had to go back to the store to pay the off the phone. Now, we got our phone bill, and a phone insurance plan was included when we never requested one. This was a sneaky sales tactic as we have never had one before on any of our three phones.We have been a T-Mobile customer for almost 20 years. We are low maintenance customers and only go to a story every few years upgrade phones. By far, this was our worst store experience. We would not recommend this location. If you do shop here, pay attention to every detail of your transaction as this store seems to be driven by incentives, commissions, and/or promotions instead of taking care of customers.

For over a week now the store has not been able to process credit pr debit cards. How they stay in business is beyond me. The manager didn't even bother to call someone to see what the issue was. The only thing she offered was to order the phone and come back when it came in, because they used a different POS system. I live 40 minutes away.

I went here to get new servthey, try to sell you 3 lines and there network. They tell you that the third line is free, but we all know you have to pay for a third. They tell you that the coverage is good. In these areas, however, I was with my friend about 10 miles South of here on 231 and he cannot get service. So I'm glad I did not go with T-Mobile. I was quoted for 3 lines, and the network or wifi service was going to be about a hundred and eighty to $200 hundred dollars.

I Call to ask for help. Spoke with someone and they told me that they could not give me a phone number to speak with T-Mobile customer service to cancel my home Internet because they think it's fraudulent. It's like every time I have a problem with T-Mobile, they can't even help me to fix the problem through the phone unless I go over there. it is very frustrating and I don't understand why is like that. And I really disagree on the cycling billing too like for example, if you were late on the bills they will charge you for late fee and they will give you time until you catch up and then once you finally get that paid off now you hit with another next bill before they suspend you and that is why I'm I'm giving him back their T-Mobile internet

Would have been a great experience had Michael not held my family from leaving the store because of their customer tracker on the door.However Eugene was great and helped me on getting 2 new iPhones which is the reason I am leaving a 3 star review.

After buying a phone that was shipped at the Lebanon W Main location I had to have my Data Transferred and old phone returned from the S Cumberland location since W Main was closed on a Tuesday. They already said they would be closed Sunday and Wednesday even though it shows them open 7 days. S Cumberland TMobile and Cory was excellent. I also signed up for Home Internet that day. Thanks to S Cumberland for making up for W Main in Lebanon TN.

I visited two T-Mobiles before this and they made the experience for me very difficult. Vernon got me in and out with a new phone in under 45 minutes and handled everything great. I never write reviews but I felt like I had to because of how easy this was compared to the other stores.

Eugene always manages to take care of all my cellphone issues. I've been a customer for over 17 years and by far Eugene's store has the best customer service. They go out their way to make sure all your questions are answered and you feel comfortable knowing that your issue is all taken care of before you leave the store.
