Went to in person auction for the first time. Was quite overwhelmed and ended up having a misunderstanding with total. The owner was very nice about it and went above expectations when I reached out to him, by making it right even though he didn’t have to.

We've bought at least 20 items from them over the years and have had nothing but great experiences from each transaction. Although, we only live 20 mins from them and just buy what we need right then and there. I can't speak for any of the online stuff.
