Had to stop by the UPS store this morning to make a quick return. This young fellow Luke, helped me out, he was very patient with me as I was having issues with my Amazon return, it is so nice to see youth that want to work these days. I look forward to my next visit.

Magically changing packing fees. Quoted $26. Ended up $40+. No explanation, just a rebuke when questioned. Bizarre.

The people ignored my presence for the first few minutes and then did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. They told me to call their corporate 1-800 number. Giant waste of my time. They literally did the things i had tried to before i came. Then just said “sorry we cant help you.” All i needed was to have my signature required shipment either brought to their store or delivered to my work instead of home so i could sign.

This store is always FAST & the employees are always friendly and non-judge mental (for lots of “try before you buy” Amazon gear). Thanks to all the team for making this errand an easy and pleasant experience!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I came to this location on Friday, 9/1. I needed to ship clothes to MI for a wedding on 9/2. I confirmed with Terri that that if I selected the UPS Next Day option with a 12 pm delivery time that the package would be there on 9/2 by 12 pm. I paid $237.43. The next day when I tracked the package, it showed that it was in KY. I went back to UPS and was told that Terri accidentally keyed the date and the shipment wouldn't be there to 9/5. I was told to come back on on 9/6 to file a claim. Due to the wedding being on 9/2, additional costs were incurred to purchase new clothes on the day of the wedding. I came back on 9/6 and was told I wasn't eligible to file a claim. The owner said that I couldn't get a refund, even though I was told that the employee was at fault, because I signed the receipt. Do not visit this store. You will be held responsible for their employees' mistakes. Take your business to FedEx.

Charged me $5 for pickup because "people sometimes don't have mailboxes". Well I have a mailbox, and this package is too big for a mailbox lol. Seller of item in package received no notification this would happen. On top of that, the package required a signature anyway so it would have been going back there if I sent it to my house anyway if no one could sign. And that's the whole reason I sent it to the store in the first place, as there was a chance I wouldn't be there to sign. Very scammy vibe. Package was only there for a few hours.

Ever since Mark D. left the store it has not been the same. Ive been in several times since and its like nobody knew what they were doing and it was super slow. Also, I overheard a bald man that works there talking with another customer about politics and religion openly and didn't seem to care who heard him. It was rude and offensive and I will not go back. I will drive to Mt. Juliet if I need to ship UPS

I have gone to this UPS store for all of my notary needs and never had an issue. Today I was waited on by Christi and she was almost hostile i made a mistake according to her but I had done the same thing the last 3 visits there and she spent the rest of our time together huffing and puffing about what I did wrong and what a wonderful person she was to still agree to help me. It was uncalled for and not appreciated.

Mark and Nicole at this location have provided me with exemplary customer service over and over again. I always have a million packages and they assist in making sure my return process goes well. I go out of my way to come to this location because of their customer service. They are kind, helpful and last but not least, hilarious!

I had a issue trying to find a item that I ordered. Come to find out they had split the order up so I had 2 tracking numbers but I didnt know that. The OPS Manager Mark went above and beyond to help me locate it. Then wanted me to contact him at the store to let him know if I found it. I really appreciated all their hard work. Thank you

Grateful for such an efficient and friendly place to ship packages t and run Amazon returns. The line is often long, out the door, but they packages quickly and with a smile. More businesses could learn from their customer service approach that is complemented with the speed in which they process every package, offering many options. Also, they're assorted greeting cards for sale are hilarious (I've bought a few after waiting in line )

I had a great experience here!! Megan is the one who helped me and she was just awesome! She was very kind and sweet, while also knowing exactly what to do to help me in the most efficient way possible. I was expecting to have wait a little while as is my experience with most postal services, but with Megan’s help, I was in and out of there without it feeling rushed or rude. I would definitely recommend!
