Lori was extremely helpful in remedying a situation I had regarding a package I was having delivered with an incorrect address.
Nobody answered the phone for ~30 minutes after opening during what I thought was a time sensitive situation, which was a bit stressful, but they were a step ahead of me and had set the package aside, so that is forgiven.

Opened a claim about a missing package and an hour later the supervisor had called me and assured me I would have it today. I know some people have issues with state or federal but since moving to Lebanon, I have met and interacted with some of the most friendly and helpful people.

I am from Ohio I put wrong address on a package to Lebanon TN used tracking and saw it wasnt delivered wrong add. . I found correct address called and the carrier annex she found my pack changed the address and it was delivered. This call was 12-30-19 at 12:57, I am sorry I didnt get her name she was excellent help. Thank you

Packages not delivered promptly. Get the run-around when I call. Lied too. I get attempted delivery often. I have a walk thru gate and they won't get out and walk to door.

I placed my mail on hold while I was on vacation. It's been 4 days since I asked it to be restarted & still no mail delivery. Plus I repeatedly called the post office in Lebanon for 25 minutes but only got a busy signal. This post office needs management to improve. Terrible service. I wish I could give the rating a zero!
