store manager was great and tried to help , pharmacy manager is a hole different story not only does she not know her job but is only worried about sales and forcing customers to buy things they don't need, we told her multiple times that we don't need and she got extremely defensive and started slamming things and talking down to everyone even the lab techs that did things right, she belittles the customers and flat out lies to them to make sales, she rude constantly interrupts people talking and trying to explain what they need, if you say now she talks over you so you can't say anything, she was told only need the one script and nice tech said they will hold other in computer till we can pay for it , the lady that's extremely rude and claims she's the pharmacy manager said we have to get all or we can't get any of the scripts, the script we needed was for my dad's failing lungs, when told others have heard this she started throwing a fit and tossed the unfilled scripts at my mother and told us to leave her pharmacy, she refused to give us her name and when asked to talk to her supervisor, her answer was she is the supervisor and we can leave, we asked who was over her , she answered no one is over her and she doesn't care what we say, it's her pharmacy and we can either do what we are told or not come back. she not only needs her license pulled but need to be terminated and not allowed behind a counter again.

This is THE MOST incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to. There are so many issues with this pharmacy I can't even list them here. I don't know why this location is so difficult to deal with. They need to restructure at this location, hire new management or just shut it down. The only reason we even go to this pharmacy is because it's the closest to us. I'm switching to CVS or ANY other pharmacy other than this one!!!!

Pharmacy is a JOKE! Linda Durham the pharmacist on duty should be fired. Every time she is the one on duty there she refuses to fill my script. Have had Walgreens in Mt. Juliet fill same script for 5 years moved to Smith County and Lebanon store is closer. She won't fill script because I live in next county over. She abuses her power and makes it impossible to get medication. Had to drive to another town to get meds at Walgreens with no issue. The last 6 months I was able to get meds filled there as long as she wasn't the POD. Have filed a complaint with State of TN Pharmacy board. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else. She is AWFUL!

Worst place ever. They don't contact the insurance so pretty much had to spend way to much for my prescriptions worst of all I even asked them if they ran it they said yes but when I go pick it up they didn't run it....worst place ever.

Management needs to properly staff the Pharmacy. They are always understaffed. They were very busy on Monday and the wait was insane so I gave the tech my presciption and told her i would pick it up the next day. I gave them. 24 full hours to fill it but when I came back it was not ready. I was told it was printed & would only take a few minutes. while I was waiting I received a txt from Walgreens telling me they were out of stock.

Worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Most incompetent workers I have ever seen. Can't believe how long it takes to do something as simple as checking someone out. There is consistently a 10 person line no matter what time you come. Get your act together.

Don't send your prescription here unless you have a day or two to wait for it. Also go ahead and plan an evening in line just to pick it up and also they won't have it so you'll have to try another location

I called to check on a prescription status and was on hold for 12 mins. Then, the phone was answered and hung up. How do I know it was answered? I could, for a brief moment, hear store noise I. the background. Is my call not important, Walgreens? Couldn't you have asked me to hold for just a moment longer rather than just hanging up? That is a great way to make customers feel devalued.

I have been getting my many prescriptions from this Walgreen's for almost 5 years. It's my observation that the staff in the pharmacy all work hard. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but it's not because staff are shirking. People stocking shelves have always been very helpful in locating specific items I need. The shelves are always well stocked and the store is always neat and clean. There is always a smile and greeting upon entering the store. I have had some trouble with the weekly ads not being clear enough about some of the sales. I plan on continuing to shop here.
