Ok so I come across town to deposit change for my son and they want 8.5% of it to deposit my change. Just because other banks are doing it, doesn’t make it right. You guys really lost a star today across the board for me.

I consider this my "home branch." Over the years, there has been some staff turnover, but everyone is friendly and professional and helpful.
