On 10/13/23 I visited this dealership due to my Chevy Traverse’s check engine light coming on. I had a letter saved regarding the exhaust pipe specialty coverage warranty and brought that with me to my appointment just in case, which I’m glad I did. What followed in my appointments with this dealership was awful and I am filing more formal complaints on the dealership and staff I worked with due to this experience. I’m writing this review here in hopes it helps others not have an experience like this.On 10/13/23 after they did the diagnostic testing on my vehicle, my service advisor explained to me that the front exhaust pipe was causing the issue and the repair would be covered under the special warranty for this job but that they also wrote me up for a muffler assembly repair that would not be covered (and was going to be over $1000 to repair). This seemed off to me as my vehicle is only two years old and I have been keeping up with all the maintenance on it, so I asked for her to have the mechanic show me what they were seeing. When the mechanic showed me the front exhaust pipe leak I noticed that the pipe was held by a bracket that also held the other pipe right next to it. They showed how the issue with one pipe due to the bracket separating definitely could impact the other pipe next to it but they specifically stated multiple times that only the one front exhaust pipe was covered under the special warranty and the other was not. When I asked what the issue with my muffler was they wrote up on my repair estimate, the mechanic said he wrote it up because of a hairline crack he found. When I asked him to show me where this hairline crack was, he did not point to my muffler. He pointed to the pipe next to my front exhaust pipe. At this point, I definitely knew something was off and I told them to schedule me for the front exhaust pipe repair and I would look into this “muffler issue” they were trying to get me to have repaired and look into why they were all telling me the other pipe was not covered under the specialty coverage warranty too when it was clear there was an issue with it too. I asked my service advisor if I could speak with management which she did not coordinate for me and instead said she already spoke to everyone in management and they said no other warranty will cover the other pipe. I had the front exhaust pipe repaired on 10/20/23 when they got the part in they ordered and went on my way.A few weeks later my check engine light came back on. I was advised to have this matter looked into by a different dealership this time due to my experience described above at Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC, which I did. When I did go to a different dealership, I also found out that the safety bulletin and specialty coverage on the exhaust pipe does cover the other pipe too and this second dealership was willing to do the repair same day and it would all be covered under the specialty coverage warranty. However, when they went to go start the repair they had to pause and showed me how the repair done on my front exhaust pipe had a broken bolt that caused another hole (which was not disclosed to me by Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC) and would need to be repaired again in order to be able to repair the other pipe. Unfortunately now I have to wait on the repair due to the additional part needing fixed being on back order so that they can fix both pipes at the same time.I’m extremely concerned with how I was treated by Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC and how they handled this in the first place. They either lied to me or did not thoroughly research the specialty coverage warranty, which is now costing me extra time to be able to have these issues fully fixed. This was not a trustworthy team to work with at this dealership.

I always been told that simple services at the dealership are expensive, my oil change was less than the Valvoline Quick Lube. Wilson Co Motors service department was wonderful, from scheduling my appointment to a comfortable clean waiting area, and the staff was very kind and courteous. I plan to have more of my services and repairs at this dealership, and highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Wilson Co Motors! You guys rock!

I purchased a GMC SIERRA from here. The purchase process wasn’t bad. My bad experience is with the service department.Let me start by saying Bill and Terry were fantastic and I believe they are limited by mechanics that seem to not know their job and a service manager that knows nothing about vehicle mechanicsFirst issue, the next day after the purchase of the vehicle, the alternated was squeaking very loudly. I brought it to them immediately because it was of course under warranty. At pickup they handed me a 1200.00 bill and said it was too soon for the warranty to cover it. After I informed them that I believed that was the wrong answer they took a while but agreed and covered itSecond issue. Radio went haywire turning up and down by itself. They said it needed an update which was not covered under warranty. Issue was not resolved after that. They replaced the radio on the next visit which was covered under warranty.Third issue was brake noise. I took it in to them. Their mechanic checked it out and said all was great. Less than 15 days later the vehicle experienced a catastrophic brake failure to where it needed 900.00 worth of work. It was not covered under warranty due to it being normal wear and tear even though they were great 15 days earlierAbout 15k miles later the truck started making break noise again and a ticking noise on the high end of the gear. Made an appointment. It takes about a week to get in so before my appointment the truck started running rough. Had it towed in. After a week of having the truck it was deemed to have a hydraulic lifter failure. Totaling about 2500.00 to fix. I ok the repair. 2 days after that I get a call saying the cam is gone too. Repairs now up to over 8 k. 2 weeks later my truck was returned to me running but with the same brake issue and now a popping noise from the front rightAl assured me the oversight would get corrected and they would figure out what was going on with my truck. Brought my truck back a couple days later. Al Gave me a loaner truck which was awesome on his part. This is where it goes bad. My truck was there for a month for brake noise. Only to get it back and them say there’s nothing wrong with it. They just do that sometimes. Now when I back the truck up it sounds like a mating call from a whale. That’s normal. No defects found. Another quality job by this service dept. I now have to seek outside help from another mechanic for my truck to get fixed. If you buy a truck from here please seek a different service dept. The gross incompetence is real.

Great staff and experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The reason I rated a 3 or less on suggesting to a friend is because the price of one item seemed overly stated.I was charged 11.03 per bolt (3 bolts total) on a vacuum pump for my chevy equinox. I left the broken parts, bolts and all, in the drivers side floorboard (it's noted on my receipt). The bolts on the vacuum pump looked older (signs of use on the bolt head as well as discoloration). This lead me to believe my bolts were used on the new vacuum pump.Honestly, whether they're my bolts or not I don't mind paying a reasonable price for a bolt so long as it get the vehicle back to me quickly. My complaint is the seeming overcharging of the bolts at $11.03 a piece, $33.09 total. The lady that worked with me was understanding and respectful and I believe we had a good conversation and she stated she would address with her GM. I told her I wasn't going to raise cane over the bolts, but the price seemed unfair, especially since it appeared to be my bolts on the car.(This review is here because they asked me to post after I completed their survey. This is the only section I added before posting to Google!)

Joseph Taylor is awesome! Not at all a stereotypical pushy salesman, knows a lot about GM vehicles. Doesn't try to sell you on something you don't want. Very professional! Bill Christie in finance is also easy to work with. Also very informative on the products they sell. Lets you make your own decisions. Doesn't try to push you one way or the other. If you are in the the market for a GM vehicle I highly recommend that you shop at Wilson County Chevrolet.

I brought my Buick here for the 1st time for an oil change. Scheduling was easy and prices were great. They processed me quickly while I waited in their really nice, quiet and well stocked waiting area. Overall a very pleasant experience...will be back!

I made an appointment a week in advance and asked specifically to get an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Due to work schedule I asked for a late appointment and was given 4pm. I showed up 15 minutes early to check in. There were three maybe four associates working, with one other car there other than mine. I was there at least two minutes before being greeted and maybe 5 before being serviced. When I told the older gentleman I had an appointment, he looked it up and said yes for an oil change and rotation. I told him I requested a balance as well. He stated "Well that's not going to happen today, it's to late." I explained that that was what I requested. He VERY RUDELY said " Well it's not here so we are not doing it". I reminded him that I that is what I requested when I called, so if they failed to put it on the request, that was not me error and they did not tell me that certain services were not provided after a certain time. He again very RUDELY explained that they will not do a balance because it was too late in the day and would take to long. At this point I equally and MOST RUDELY stated loudly, then just give me whatever you all have time for today so that I can leave. He told me I didn't have to be loud. I explained that if he had apologetically said unfortunately, we do not do wheel balance after 4 due to us closely at five, I would have understood, but instead he chose to be extremely rude and just tell me what he was not going to happen. His whole personality changed and he fakely said he wasn't trying to be rude. I asked him to finish checking me in so I could get away from him.Long short, but my issue was that I drove over an hour to received specified services, which I did not receive. If certain services are not available at certain times, that should have been shared at the scheduling of the appointment. When I arrived, an apology of miscommunication would have been prefer rather than just telling me it's not going to happen today basically because he was ready to go home. Not wasting my time to drive there for limited services and poor customer service.

Service department is so bad. They had me scheduled for an 8am diagnostic appointment. I drop the car off and don’t hear back the entire day. I left two messages trying to get an update with no reply. Finally after the second call the next day the answer and say they haven’t gotten to my car yet and the 8am time is just a drop off time?? That doesn’t make sense. I ask why they haven’t got to the car and they said because water leaks take time to find. I tried three times to tell them prior to dropping off that I knew where the leak was and that there was a service bulletin for it but they would not let me give them the bulletin. It comes across very shady like y’all are trying to diagnose something that’s not actually there so you can charge me for it. At the very minimum a call back to let me know y’all haven’t got to my car would have nice. I can’t speak to the mechanics work since they never actually saw the vehicle but the customer service here was trash.

While my initial experience with the recall work I had performed was good. The service when something went wrong has been unsatisfactory. My Bolt experienced a critical failure after having the battery replaced. It was immobilized and we had to have it towed back to the dealership. I was told that only one person at the dealership was certified to work on my vehicle and it would be more than a week before they could get it into his schedule. No loaner car was offered. Now the Chevrolet I expected to rely on for my daily drives is out of service and I have to take special measures to travel anywhere. Extra cost on me and no sense of urgency by the dealership. This is not good, customer focused service.

We had an amazing experience here! We ordered a Tahoe and it arrived in about a month and a half (really fast in today’s market). Christian helped us, and he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make the process seamless. We couldn’t recommend him or this dealership enough. We will definitely be back here next time we need to buy a car!

Wonderful car buying experience with Craig Everson for making the entire process easy and non stressful . He was organized , patient and thoughtful .Belinda Wilson made the final financial phase understandable and I felt zero pressure to make my choices .I also want to mention Bill Hasse and the technical team who worked tirelessly on my 08 Malibu to get her up and running again . Always gave me honest estimates and updates .I’ve been a loyal customer since 2006 and will continue to be !I’m sure I’m going to love my 2024 Chevy Trax for years to comeHappy Customer , Mary Beth Maroney

Everything went great, I really had no problems when it came to the process. But I can’t give a perfect because of the debit/credit card charge. There is no reason in todays advancements to not be able to find a provider who doesn’t charge a 3% fee. I work with companies to build applications and setup payment software and there are many options that don’t charge such a high fee. It should not fall on the customer.

Tried to use the online get pre approved. Everything seemed to be going good. Received an email. Then I seen my credit was hit. Then received a phone call about getting financed I told the person my credit had all ready been pulled. He said he would go back and look at it. 10 minutes later another hit on credit. Thought I explained to him they all ready knew what my credit was. After having a good credit score at the time. A 18 percent offer was made. Then that was it. Told me to try a credit union. I explained to him I will try. But you hit my credit twice Then he said it will drop my score just a few points. Told me to have a good day. And that was it. Did not even want to try to sale me the vehicle. Oh well. Acts like they can’t help me.

All I can say is "Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous"! Sherry was so helpful and took her time with us showing us how to use some features on our new vehicle. She was just all around great! Also, this was our first time shopping at Wilson County Motors in Lebanon, and we were very impressed with everyone we interacted with. Five stars all around!! Thank you, Sherry!
