“If you happen to breakdown and you aren't from the area, like I was, I highly recommend this shop. I knew they had to be a good company since AAA recommended them first after I found out towing back to NC was going to be expensive. When we called they were always very polite & friendly, willing to listen as I explained what happened prior to my truck dying. Being that we were 5 hrs away they let us know where my truck would be so I could clean it out & leave them a key. After they looked at my truck they took the time to call and explain everything they found and did without making it difficult to understand. Since they close at 17:00 we left yesterday around 9 drove to the shop. When we arrived they were as nice & polite in person as one the phone. The shop foreman even came out and spoke to us. Again, highly recommend this shop whether you're in the same area & especially if you aren't.”

“Just a thank you is not enough to describe this business. Ad and Daysi stopped what they were doing to help us, We were 90 miles from home when our heater core started leaking again from a previous repair at a shop in our hometown. We were pulling our our home ( a fifth wheel RV) so we had a major issue.
They ordered the part needed to do a temporary fix, and installed it in under 1 1/2 hours from the time that we stopped. These guys might be 100 miles from where we live, but we would seriously bring our truck back for any further future repairs.”

I got down the road and realized the car I'd just bought wouldn't get over 60 mph and freaked out thinking I'd just wasted my money and so I call my salesperson, Ethan, and he called someone to pick us up and towed the car back and we ended up going back just to get my money but we ended up negotiating and I still got to drive home in a relatively cheap reliable car! Ethan, Brian, and the GM were so understanding and amazing!”

“Yugo, Camron and Lil’Yugo are some of the finest human beings walking Earth. These guys work their tails off. They have great communication skills. I never felt they ignored me or steered me wrong(no pun intended). They took my 64 ford galaxie and transformed it into a fire breathing monster on a mission to destroy the road. It was my mamaws ford …. But not anymore!!!! It’s been in my family since Aug 63 and it will go to my kids and then their kids. I went in for updates and they gave me a 5.0 coyote swap, rebuilt my front end, shocks, new steering, a/c, new wiring, new gauge cluster, new drive shaft, exhaust, alignment, new ignition and fixed so much more.
The best dollars I’ve ever spent! If you want cheap and fast go somewhere else. If you want legacy work on your legacy car Parklane is the place to go hands down. They do not cut corners so be patient and know they build these cars like they build them for themselves.

“Was in a bad time bind with a load, late at night. Skelly towing was fast, affordable, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me make my delivery on time. Mike got my truck back to his shop and got it fixed. The guy really knows his stuff, he basically made the part to get my old girl back on the road again before dawn. His bill was VERY!! affordable for what he did. Its hard to find honest people in this day and age, but he is one of them. I was having a difficult time this morning due to a long distance hike yesterday and he was quick to go above and beyond getting my tire size and even helping me when I dropped my stuff. He saw a person having a hard time and helped. 10/10! Peter was quick and had a way with connecting with people and to make them smile. He treats people like old friends. Thank you to the mechanics, the unsung heroes! They had my car in and out despite the heat and their workload. They made my car safe for the fourth and I appreciate it greatly.”

“I went in for a regular oil maintenance service. Quick service. Great customer service! Clean seating area. They had an outside patio seating with rocking chairs, bench and table. I enjoyed working on some work while waiting. Would recommend!”
