My Pilot was serviced prior to a 6k mile roadtrip, never had a problem, or a concern the entire trip.

“Just a thank you is not enough to describe this business. Ad and Daysi stopped what they were doing to help us, We were 90 miles from home when our heater core started leaking again from a previous repair at a shop in our hometown. We were pulling our our home ( a fifth wheel RV) so we had a major issue.
They ordered the part needed to do a temporary fix, and installed it in under 1 1/2 hours from the time that we stopped. These guys might be 100 miles from where we live, but we would seriously bring our truck back for any further future repairs.”

“The owner yugo is very nice and knowledgeable about what they do. They take their time to make sure everything is done completely right and their pricing is very fair. I took my corvette and solstice there and they did an amazing job and treated it like their car.
Definitely would recommend if you are sick of the big corporations and shops taking your money with nothing to show for it. Would use again and again. They do a little bit of everything. Would trust this shop with any of my cars in the lenoir area.”

Has a older single female with limited car knowledge, other than google, his repair costs have been well below online searches. His work is honest and although it may take an extra day it's worth it. If you're looking for a fancy waiting room and espresso this is not Euromot. Bells and whistles not needed. His work speaks for itself.”

I was having a difficult time this morning due to a long distance hike yesterday and he was quick to go above and beyond getting my tire size and even helping me when I dropped my stuff. He saw a person having a hard time and helped. 10/10! Peter was quick and had a way with connecting with people and to make them smile. He treats people like old friends. “Was in a bad time bind with a load, late at night. Skelly towing was fast, affordable, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me make my delivery on time. Mike got my truck back to his shop and got it fixed. The guy really knows his stuff, he basically made the part to get my old girl back on the road again before dawn. His bill was VERY!! affordable for what he did. Its hard to find honest people in this day and age, but he is one of them. “So many thanks to Billy in the Auto Center. I had traveled from Crossville to Lenoir City to buy a boat. The tires on the trailer were absolutely shot and would never have made it home. I just needed some help switching to a set of new wheels/tires that I had with me. The problem was that it was 20 min til close. First I tried the closer option at Firestone, they told me they didn't have time, try Walmart. By the time I got to Walmart Billy had already started closing, but he helped me get them swapped. I would have been stuck without his assistance.
When kindness is often in short supply, it was so refreshing to get that kind of after hours assistance. A few fist bumps later and I was on my way home. Thanks Billy!”

“I went in for a regular oil maintenance service. Quick service. Great customer service! Clean seating area. They had an outside patio seating with rocking chairs, bench and table. I enjoyed working on some work while waiting. Would recommend!”
