Took my daughter yesterday 10/31/23 due to her not feeling well. They checked her ears and said they looked fine, and done a test for strep, flu, Covid and rsv and said I would get the results today for the flu, Covid and rsv but that the strep came back negative and that she probably just had a cold or virus. I called her pediatrician and was able to get an appointment this morning at 11am , her pediatrician checked her out and said that she has an upper respiratory infection and both ears are infected. Well I got the call with the results from lakeway saying my daughter has rsv so I asked how long she needs to be out of school and they told me that rsv isn’t contagious that if she is feeling better in the morning I can send her to school so I asked what does she need to take or what medication were they going to give her to help clear it up and I was told that no medication would help that it just needs to run it’s course. RSV IS HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS. How can you be doctors and not see a child has an infection in both ears and tell the parent(s) that rsv is not contagious?

I was directed here for pre-employment check. The staff was not very friendly and the wait was more than 30min. The lobby area was clean. The staff in the back room were also not very welcoming and very short with their tone and language. Definitely not a friendly environment. The Doctor came in and was knowledgeable and quick. Its too bad the staff was not as efficient.

The doctor at the facility is absolute garbage. Especially when you are asked if you from out of state and that changes the treatment that you receive. I never had a doctor hang up on me before or trying to tell me that he will not provide the service I paid for if I don’t do what he tells me. I would much rather pay more money for DOT physical at another place, and be treated professional and respectful, then go back to this place.

When I can’t get into to see my doctor, this is where I always go. I have never had a bad experience here.

I've never seen a business that operates so poorly! They don't have just one rude employee, ALL of their employees are rude and hateful, including the doctor! They treat people terribly! After I submit this review they will ban me from ever coming there again! So instead of making their employees behave like decent humans, they ban the patient! The unprofessional response they leave people after receiving a bad review should tell anyone how they operate! I now understand why the reviews are so bad! If you're thinking of sending your employee here for anything... Don't do it!!!! They are terrible people and you can read the other reviews to see how terrible they really are!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not only when you’re there but even when you call. I got hung up on for asking a simple question about lab results. Hubby went for a physical for a job and was told that they don’t call the company until the results come back, which was a lie, they called and told them he had failed for something he didn’t. If you’re going to work with people, at least have a friendly attitude.

I went today, and even though they were closing early for snow (like 20 minutes after I got there), they went ahead and got me in. There were five people in front of me, but they got me in promptly, and were very nice and very thorough. I am thankful they were open today and agreed to see me. Now I have the medicine I need to get me well. I would go there again if I was sick.

It’s very sad reading all the one star reviews. Every time I go, I always have Emiie Marks, FNP-BC and she is beyond amazing. She always listens and is beyond sweet. I definitely have to give her a 5 star review. Front desk and nurse was very nice as well. Very quick, wasn’t even there an hour.

This place is terrible. I have been many times and they will not prescribe enough medication to get fully better, there fire resulting in having to go back and pay more money. Today my son and I went. (His primary dr was full) They refused to even look at me because I have only felt bad for 2 days. Maria (nurse practitioner) states it’s probably just virial. Once again did not treat me I only had vitals checked. Maria states I have to be sick for a week before even looking at me. My son has hand foot and mouth. She had to take pictures of my son to send to the dr. I personally believe if you have to text your A co worker for an answer you probably do not need to have the job. Another person with us was treated for stomach pains. She once again had to leave the room to call the dr to ask questions. This person also did not have insurance, was told for lab work it could be billed later by Maria. Went to check out and was told it had to be paid then. Maria clearly has no idea what is actually going on. Someone like that should not be treating people. Lastly my son was suppose to have a prescription sent in for magic mouth wash. We were seen at 8:30, I call the office back and 3pm to be told they were not calling anything in due to a viral infection. After she told me twice she was calling it in and got my pharmacy location. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place!

WTH happened to Lakeway Urgent Care?! I'll give 1 star is for the friendly staff. 0 for the nurse practitioner! I have been recently exposed to possible streptococcus & URI virus. Woke up with a serious blistering sore throat, earache, sinus pressure (potential infection). I figured being a cardiac patient, I would at MINIMUM get some antibiotics, Z-pak (whatever appropriate) just in case.. I got nothing but a lectured word salad the I already knew as a former EMT. I would NOT recommend Lakeway Urgent Care period and I will never return!

Went here for a drug test and they automatically assume your trying to cheat it. Worst attitudes ive seen and worst judge of character. Was made to wear a disposable diaper after giving them a sample cause they automatically assumed i was trying to cheat it. I do not recommend any company to use this place for i will never go here again. Also the lied to my employer about what happened behind, there doors.

Was sent here by my employer for a work related injury. I had a huge visible knot right at at my sc joint on my clavicle. X-ray was taken of my shoulder, nothing broken. Dr said I probably just pulled a muscle, and released me back to work, no restrictions. Only thing the dr is concerned with is keeping workmans comp. happy. No care for the patient. I am over 2 months out from my injury, still in pain. Saw other doctors who clearly stated that something was dislocated. Waiting now on orthopedic appointment. Saw orthopedic doctor, he definitely did not agree with Lakeway Urgent Care. I started physical therapy, but it did not help. Underwent MRI, and found quite a bit of damage to the sc joint. Tried injection, but it did not work. I am now awaiting surgery. The orthopedic doctor did say this is a work related injury. Once again I would not reccomend this facility to anyone.

I love this place and all of the people that work there. They are very kind, responsive to any issue I’ve had, and take my concerns seriously. I have been seen by Emily, Dr. Sanabria, and Hillary. Each were wonderful and prompt. Highly recommend this place!! 5 stars.

Update: Had to return here because I’m still sick and the office manager waddles out with a letter telling me I am no longer welcome at their clinic because of my review. I do have to say the office was cleaner. As you can see from their response they tried to coerce me into taking my review down and implied I must be referring to another clinic. No, honey boo boo, I was referring to your clinic. See the photos I uploaded for proof. And yes as I walked out I kindly told her where she could shove the letter she was trying to give me.Also, if the guy was a medical student, that’s understandable but no one once informed me I was working with a medical student. Had I have known up front, I could have been more patient. Also, the fact that you can’t recall who saw me (when you SHOULD have records) is just a tad bit concerning, no?Why return here? Because I feel like I am on the verge of death and they are nearest to my house. And my review would have been updated when the care received was up to par. When a clinic is only out for good reviews and doesn’t actually care about a very sick person in the midst of a pandemic, it tells you a lot about that clinic. So, no, Mrs.Power Trip Office Manager, I will not be taking my review down until you decide to start caring about people. Don’t get a paper cut shoving that letter up there. You might have to see a doctor and this won’t be where you want to go.Also, just look at how they respond to all the negative feedback. They are super classy and the office manager is the worst kind of human on this planet.*************Went for a COVID test, only because physicians care (which I recommend) had a longer wait time. I was told there wasn’t a wait if I got there fast. They are like right across the street from physicians care, so I was there fast. Was directed to a different entrance, fair. When I went in, there is no receptionist but instead you sign in and then have to call someone to be like “Yo, I’m here.” There was a woman and a child there waiting already, so there was in fact a waiting time as she indicated she had been waiting a while.Making polite conversation, I mentioned how incredibly hot the room was. My god, no wonder I had a “fever” when I got back. She laughed, agreed but also pointed out that with a pandemic going on you would thing they would clean more. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Cobwebs everywhere. When I finally got back, to a very non-private room, the young man, bless his heart, had no idea what he was doing. He tried to make conversation to ease the obvious nerves he had. Being asked for tech support is common for me when people find out where I work for, but this was the predominant conversation vs my illness. He could not get my BP. He didn’t know what to do. He consulted some lady near me who basically told him it’s not important (?) and to move on. Now this test is definitely the more invasive kind you see in the videos (not the gentle one done at physicians care)... but that’s fine, maybe that means more accurate results?Never in any of those videos did the patients have to lay down but I kid you not he made me lay down so he could get this thing to tickle my brain stem. And he didn’t even seem positive if I should lay down. It was more of a question like he was asking me how to his job. Bless. His. Heart.

One person here besides me and they make me wait a dang half hour to take my test. Like wth you know people come here ready to test and you just freaking torture them. Aside from that though the drug testing technician was helpful and not accusatory about every move you make (as some are).
