I use the atm deposit feature every evening after work. Tonight it took my money and didn’t print a receipt I called to get help and now it’s been sent to another department.. Will I get the money!? If the atm isn’t working out out of order don’t let it steal peoples money.

My elderly parents have had repeated problems with this bank and the lenior city branch. And are currently locked out if online banking. The branch has repeatedly blame Apple for the issue. Never mind my mother has an Android phone and they have a Dell for their desktop. While my father has an iPhone and my mother has an iPad I find it hard to believe it’s Apples fault. I would assume 80% of the employees and customers has an apple product. I will be at the lenior city branch on Monday with my parents, we will either have this resolved or we will close their accounts. Hopefully the branch manager will be in Monday morning

I was having a lot of trouble with a sensitive situation one day, and was so afraid their policies wouldn't allow them to help me. Ms. Irais was SO sweet and understanding, and I left feeling taken care of and cared for.

This adventure started out at a different branch in Loudon ,which was very helpful and in fact contacted the Lenoir city branch. The reason being my account had been compromised and I just wanted to get it closed and open up a new one to protect me. The loudon branch had contacted Lenior city asking them if they could help, in which the replied they could help. I drove out there wasting my gas and time. The Lenior city branch was busy but when I had asked for help and told them the particulars of my situation and who I was, they then told me that couldn't close it today because I had one 4 dollar transaction on my account that was pending before they could cancel it. This process would be ready on the 17th and to come back then. Keep in mind the teller walked back and talked to the office staff. I never was spoken to by anyone other than the teller. It was a horrible experience and my time and money were wasted. I wont be going back to this branch in the future.UPDATE: The branch manager April reached out to me and apologized on behalf of her staff. She went above and beyond by giving me 5 star service. April really took care of me!! 5 star service and now a 5 star review.

What an experience. We had over 30k in our savings but was given a hassle to pull 2k from our accounts. Manager stated its ORNl policy for transactions over 1k. Guess we don’t need to keep our money here. Withdrew all of it and went to another bank to handle our accounts

There is always technical difficulties. I’ve not been able to use app because of an error on their end for months and months. Their website is frequently down as well. No one seems to be able to help with any of these issues.

I've never had any issues with this bank. They have always been very nice and helpful. I had read another person's post about a $15 fee to get a new debit card! I was told it would be $10 when I opened my account. I haven't had to get a new one yet but when I do how do you go through Visa to get another one for free? If mine happens to last until the expiration date will it then be free? I would expect it to be free!
