Been cashing checks at Regions as my newer job has been only been using paper checks, and I thought it would be hard to open an account, but Mary (I think her name is??) helped me open one in less than 10 minutes! Thanks !

The employees here are so helpful.I also have an account at a credit union. The difference in my experience between the two is like night and day. Calling the credit union involves going through a phone tree, and waiting on hold while listening to a recorded message telling me that my call is very important to them. When I opened my account at the Lenoir City bank they told me call the branch if I had any questions. I recently had a question, called the bank, and the phone was answered immediately by a person who question. Someone else overhearing my phone call couldn't believe that I'd called my bank and already had an answer. He remarked he'd still be dealing with the phone tree at his bank. I use banking app for here and the credit Union. The credit Union's bill pay app is harder to use and I'm unable to access it sometimes. Region's app is easier to use and checks I deposit online are available to use sooner than when I use the credit Union.

I see no reason for anyone to use a bank like this one. They have an absurd number of fees, but no real upside. The manager also made empty promise after empty promise to me to avoid doing anything for me. I opened the account after receiving a bomus offer in the mail, but after 3 months of waiting, I cut my losses and closed my account. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely pathetic. Wouldn’t cash a check because he didn’t want to even though my mothers been a customer for 10+ years.Typical east TN trash of a business doing bare minimum.

Kacie has been my teller on two separate occasions. She provided excellent service each time with a professional bright sunny attitude. She needs to be recognized!

This has to be the worst staff they could find. If you want and like disrespectful service, this is the bank for you.

Worst banking experience ever and I’m a banker. The assistant manager/manager a male who seemed annoyed at being at work on July 13th @ Lenior City was not intelligent enough to understand the name in my passport is accurate and matches my driver’s license. All because my passport had additional information stating what my maiden name is.Eg. My name: Lisa Doe-JamesMy passport outlined: Lisa Doe-James Nee’ Doe.I could not open an account because my passport outlined that my maiden name is Doe.Mr. Banker who wanted to go home because it was close to closing time said my passport did not match my driver’s licenses “Lisa Doe-James”And had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t care if I wanted to get upset (I was not upset I was EXPLAINING what “nee “ in my passport meant cause clearly he didn’t knew the meaning.Worst customer service from a banker. The tellers were helpful and didn’t seem ti see the issue but he had the final say.Go to Truist next door. They’re helpful and has great customer service.

I had a major issue this morning and the manager, Chris, worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem. I am grateful to have a bank like this!

I waited over 41 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Finally hung up. Worst customer service ever.

I can not get anyone to answer the phone. I guess they want me to move to Sun Trust.

I've interacted with several of the tellers here on a weekly basis, and they are always nice and understanding

I cash the same check every month just at a different regions. Even though I have been a customer for a decade (Jan 2010) to be exact, the manager CHRIS CLARK would not. He was impersonal, had an attitude like he hated his job, and was unwilling to call my usual regions to see my history and the history of (actual corporate) checks clearing. Chris Clark needs to find a new profession that doesn’t require any emotions or customer service. I’m very disappointed and now 40 miles out of my way to get on with my day.
