we bought fuel and the guy was still a sad sad soul… I guess he’s gotta sleep with himself at night. I pray for whatever has you bound up will release you one day and let you experience joy in the name of Jesus.

I walked in with my son he needed to use the restroom while I was going to get snacks. The lady working there started screaming at us saying we needed to buy something before he could use the restroom all the while we were going to get some things but decided not to bc all the yelling

The MOST disgusting Shell I’ve stopped at in a LONNNNNNG time! Handwritten signs everywhere saying “bathrooms are STRICKLY customer use” (yes, how they spelled it)!But those bathrooms - HOR-RI-BLE!Stalls zip-tied…trash can in front of a stall…no toilet paper……….NOT CLEAN AT ALL! ?? Couldn’t even tell the last time it looked like it’s seen some Lysol or Comet!And the attendant had the nerve to look at ME crazy when I mentioned the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper!?! This is YOUR establishment! No telling what the men’s bathroom looked like ?

Was not impressed very dirty bathrooms. I had to use the bathroom before I got gas. The cashier Lady glared at me the whole way out. I smiled and said have a good day, and she just gave me a dirty look. Dirty store, dirty bathrooms, dirty looks. I would go anywhere else.

This was absolutely the worst gas station I have ever encountered. Shell can do so much better. Women behind the counter was on the phone and I stood forever to get a key to the restroom and the worst restroom ever. It was filthy and you could not flush any of the toilets and they were full! No soap and the floors looked like someone threw up and the restroom smelled. This was so unacceptable. Women behind the counter was rude. I would never stop ? at the Shell Station. Deserves a zero!

The bathrooms at this Shell gas station inside the Rocky Top Market is one of the filthiest bathrooms I have ever been in. The sinks, toilets and floors were VERY dirty!! On top of the hand dryer was thick with dirt and dust. The nozzle on dryer was so gummed up you couldn’t adjust it to blow down, it was blowing in the upward position which blew right in my face. Not sure who the owner is but SHAME on you. I hope the Shell Corporation sees this. Don’t know how this place even passes an inspection as this market also sells food.

This is a gas station. It works like any other gas station. Fuel pumps worked. The bathrooms were dirty But not the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. I would not want to take my children into this restroom.
