“I rented a 20' truck on the app, when I arrived at this location, they did not have any 20' trucks and had to adjust contract for a 15' truck. This location could not have been nicer and had me set up in no time. Although it was no big deal for me, the Uhaul app/website has to be more accurate with its inventory available at each location.”
