I called UPS Store at 2 PM 19 March to have mail forwarded to me. A lady answered (no name), she checked my mail box, stated I had some items, passed the phone to Tyrese to get my mailing address and payment. Tyrese said they were swamped with customers, and he took my phone number and said he would call me back in 15 min.to complete my transaction 24+ hours later No callback. Called them again person answered said to call back they were busy. Poor customer service - I've had a mailbox with them since they opened, never had this type of poor service till last 2 years.Not sure what is going on ?

I used the Lenoir City, TN location (#4526) for years that was located across the street in the same shopping center. The new location is not easily handicapped accessible as the other location was. The handicap access ramp is two or three doors down from their entrance door. Before there was handicap parking was in front and a ramp. This one is EXTREMELY difficult for those of us with a cane, walker or wheelchair when also trying to carry in a package. Hopefully something can be done about this. Thank You in advance.

Tyrese was so very kind and helpful with me. I came in tired and not feeling well. The line was super long and by the time I reached his register I was less than happy. He deserves a raise for putting up with customers like me and helping me to Lea e woth a warm heart. Please keep this sweet man around as he is such a great employee and kind person

I was helped by Vicky, I had come in to do an Amazon return and he never needed a box before. She was very friendly and helpful. she had a lot of patience, and was very bubbly. Hard to find in today’s world someone who actually cares about how customer service. Thank you Ms Vicky!

The blonde lady that there in the morning is very unhelpful I’ve showed up twice and both times she said she couldn’t help me send a skateboard like I was asking to much. Go somewhere that actually wants your service cause this location finds any excuse not to help

The lady that helped me today was very rude!! She was telling me that I couldn't send my Amazon return back with just the package. Then said I needed to print the label out...she was totally confusing. She needs another job!!

Very upset with UPS at this time. I shipped a Sneek Peek test on Friday afternoon and paid extra for next day air delivery so that my test for a gender reveal would be received by the lab on Saturday. As of Monday morning the tracking # just states label created. It took 3 phone calls to the local store to find out that they have lost my package and have ruined my gender reveal that was scheduled for later this week.

Very unprofessional place. Employee and manager not honest. took two solar fence chargers to return for warranty repair at manufacturer. Was told it would be $550 dollars to ship which was next day. We then had to explain that next day wouldn’t be needed and that we would like the “cheapest” most “bare bones” shipping that was offered. We were told that it was now $200. After realizing they still sold us 3 day shipping we called and asked why and was told that “the ground” option was on another page and they don’t count that as the cheapest option unless someone says “ground shipping”. So we have to inconvenience ourselves to go back in person to correct the issue. This should be a common sense very simple to handle type thing. If a customer ask for the absolute cheapest shipping option then you need to be honest and give them the option! So now who compensates us for our time lost with what should have been handled upfront? Customer service needs to be a focal point.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I was in the Lenoir City store which most of the time is pretty busy and I have always had a great experience, one young man who’s name is Tyron was very nice and had the best attitude as he helped me print a label and get my package ready to go. Thank you for hiring great people that seem to appreciate their job, you should reward great workers.

They upsold me on 3 day delivery vs standard ground. I dropped the package off early in the morning but they didn't get it on the next truck until the next day. I called and asked why I paid for 3 day if they won't actually get it there in three days. The manager was rude and said that I took a risk by not sending it over night delivery ($137). I will never use this location ever again for personal or business. Fed ex is much more reliable and the rates are better. Don't charge a customer for lemonade and had them lemons. This is the new normal at UPS.
