We've had all kinds of problems with our mail delivery in the 11 months we've been here. Some days the mail just doesn't get delivered (we know what's supposed to come from Informed Delivery) and shows up the next day. Or sometimes SOME of our mail shows up. We had one vacation hold that ended a day late, and another that started a day early. We've had packages reported delivered (Informed Delivery) but don't actually show up until the next day. I've lived in a lot of places and never had mail service this bad.

I signed up for general delivery at the end of November because I'm homeless and applied for a social security card so I can get an apartment,well I week before Christmas it's still wasn't there so I called the social security office and they confirmed it was infact sent to that post office,I believe it was sent back by someone there but unfortunately I can't prove it

I had an expensive package delivered to somewhere else in my neighborhood and could not locate my package. i could not get a real person from the post office on the phone. If it wasn’t for the kind and considerate delivery driver who delivers to where my mom works, I probably never would’ve gotten my package. He took time out of his day to locate exactly where my package was delivered and get it to me the next day no questions asked. This man’s name is Ian and I really hope some higher ups from USPS see this and reward him for doing an exceptional job of taking care of a customer in need. we need more people like him!

What I don’t understand is the lying. You are government workers, it’s not like you can really be fired as long as you show up. So why does our driver say he attempted delivery when he didn’t? This is maybe the 5th time he’s done this in the past year. It’s really frustrating when you are waiting on something (in this case a tool), that says it’s going to be delivered and then it doesn’t. He will “attempt” deliver again Monday. What a liar. Just say you’ll deliver it Monday so I don’t prep for something that never arrives and there is no phone number intentionally. Let’s just go with private sector. This has been bad since I was a kid and no matter what they do it never gets better.

The mail service keeps getting worse. They delivered mail wrong to at least 5 different houses within 100 yards distance. That tells me whoever is delivering the mail either can't read, or doesn't care. They just grab mail and throw it in the box. They don't care if it goes there or not. Very piss poor service. They need to fire everyone and start over.

I just have to brag on Arlo for being so kind! We recently moved to a new neighborhood, and he got out of his mail truck, and knocked on our door to personally introduce himself, asked for our names and welcomed us to the neighborhood. Extremely sweet and gives LC post office a good name!! Thank you Arlo!

The worst post office in this entire world they state that my package is delivered on their website and also tell Amazon that it’s delivered to my house litteraly the worst experience!! They never delivered the package to me!

Seriously the best post office ever!! Although they have been understaffed to no fault of their own we still get our mail and I thank them for that!! Some of these reviews due to weather are no fault of your own. Keep up the awesome work!!! Shout out LC Post Office!!

Everyone seems to be clueless & could care less about your package or anything you need. No one seems to know where anything is at and take forever to do anything. Not surprised at the low reviews. PLACE IS A JOKE and so are the delivery drivers.

After waiting over a month for a package and giving them the benefit of the doubt with “weather delays”, they decide to send my package back to another country without informing me. I will never ship via usps again, it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone to talk to about delivery issues.
