The little young girl working this Friday night would not sell me cigarettes without my ID I am 53 years old I'm sure twice her age so I had my husband go in to get them and she would not sell them to him either saying because she knows they're for me she would not sell them to him and we're both in our 50s...just ridiculous!!!

Pharmacy in Lenoir City a couple ladies not very friendly and practicing discrimination, I am American citizen for a long time, so please respect all customers the same, and apply ethics. I think the took ethics course in college.

I left CVS years ago to use Walgreens even though CVS is closer to my house. The pharmacist at Walgreens Lenoir City Tn is definitely an asset to your company. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I'm a happy customer. Thank You!

I've been coming here for a few years. I'm always notified via, text, calls , emails on my scripts getting low or when the've been filled or I'm noticed to check on my app if their are changes, like out of a medication or needing a referral or insurance issue. I know the staff are doing their best, they do have great people there. And my favorite pharmacist Katy is amazing, she makes sure I receive my meds from the distributors that I like to use , the same and not switch my medicine to different ones I may be sensitive too. They have gotten in new pharmacist but she usually catches it for me. If not sill always check before zi go to have it fixed. I moved to Oak Ridge 5 months ago. I steal go to Lenoir City for my scripts. They deliver if I need it, well except refrigerated meds or controlled meds. Love how Katy and the staff take care of me.

Their hours on Google say they are open until 10 PM. It is 8:30 PM on Sunday and they are closed!! Please fix your hours!

Do not go here for a Covid test if you want to receive a prescription if your test is positive. While they can tell you if you have a positive test they cannot prescribe the antiviral drug and twll you you have to go to your physician for that

Waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes before just driving off wanted a simple transaction done went to CVS instead got what I needed in 7 minutes very friendly workers over there too. Will never shop at Walgreens again that's a ridiculous wait for drive through when youre simply purchasing an item that doesn't require a prescription put in

The CVS in Lenoir City was out of amoxicillin from our child and we had sent it to a CVS in Knoxville but Rebecca from Walgreens in Lenoir City managed to get our prescription moved back over so we didn't have to drive everywhere to get a prescription that we needed tonight. She is amazing and that's why I'm giving five stars. She saved us a ton of time and got our child the meds we needed.

Be sure to get all of your medications if you use the online pay. I told the girl I had 2 prescriptions. It was a big bag so I assumed both were in one bag. I had paid online & gave her the code. When I got to my car I realized there was only one prescription. I went in to get the other one & the code would not work. The girl made me pay again. This was her fault for not giving me both when I clearly told her there were two. So I have a prescription that I paid for twice. She did not apologize for her mistake either. I would have a ton more respect for her if she had admitted she messed up and apologized. I made the mistake of not checking my prescriptions before I let her punch in the code. But her customer service skills are horrible.
