Would not recommend!! The eye doctor was literally sticking his fingers in my mouth and kept touching my lips. Disgusting. Made me feel really uncomfortable.

I will not go back to the Walmart Vision Center in Lenior City, TN. The man who I spoke with was condescending and definitely not interested in helping me.He was not only rude but definitely had no interest in helping the customer.I called the manager as a follow up. She was very nice and was going to speak to the employee.

The eye Doctor was very good. It was best exam that I have ever had and I have had my share. Really good experience and very informative and helpful. I will be back in two years. I would highly recommend this office. The staff was awesome. Thank you everyone!

Dr. John D Jones wouldn't stop touching my face during the eye exam. I asked him to stop touching me, and he became angry and started touching my face even more. It was really gross and violating. I had to go to a different doctor to get a prescription, because he was so creepy that I just wanted it to be over, so I couldn't concentrate on what he was asking me. Thinking about this makes me sick but I wanted to warn someone.

This eye center is an absolute joke. They frequently have employees sitting around chatting but no one answers the phone or acknowledges you when you walk up to the counter. Their responses to questions are vague and they act bothered by your presence. I tried to make an appt for my kids and decided to just go in person as no one answered the phone several days in a row. When I stopped in, I waiting while a group of 3 employees chatted and completly ignored me for close to 10 minutes. When I asked if I could schedule an appointment, I was told eye exams can only be done on Mon or Tues and to stop in then -no other details. No appt scheduled. I came back om Monday and they said the doctor had already left for the day. I asked if there are certain times he is there every week or if I could make an appt and the guy just handed me a card. I asked him if he could answer my questions since I had been by a total of 3 times and he turned away and said "call that number" and walked away to sit and talk with the three other people also doing nothing.Luckily, I was able to find a MUCH better place nearby with excellent ratings, better selection and was able to get an actual appointment. On the flip side, it's likely an excellent place to "work." :)

If you are female, DO NOT GO INTO DR. JOHN D. JONES' EXAMINATION ROOM ALONE!!! Bring a man with you, or at least another female who can bear witness. You'll be sorry if you don't.

Very rude manager , I stood in store for 10 minutes and she completely ignored me. I finally walked up to her and said can you at least acknowledge I'm here. She just looked at me and said I'm busy helping others, no she.wasn't . I said I just need some nose guards for glasses and she said we don't carry them, yes they do. I told her I was going to report her to management and she replied I am management and I told her well you are not doing a good job and she walked off. There is no reason to be treated like this. Wal-Mart you need better managers .

Great doctor but the lens making company Walmart contracts with is HORRIBLE!! Nikon eyes company is who cuts the lenses. I had to go back 3 times and the last replacement lenses were good not great. It still cost me $280 for glasses that could be way better. I will not return to this eye center.

Took my daughter and he said she was nearsighted and has astigmatism but then refused to give her a prescription. I had to take her to another optometrist and pay more money just to be told the same thing but they gave her the glasses she needed. He stole our money for no reason and I'm NEVER taking my family there again.

Myself, husband and son all needed glasses. 1000 dollars after insurance. Well 4 weeks later my glasses fell off my face in pieces. Frames, lens and screws. When I called to find out service times was treated with disbelief when I explained the problem. Then after the manager called me back as they had to approve my coming in store told I would have to make an appointment for Friday, ( it was Monday) . Me being able to see was not their problem did I not know about Covid 19. They might put screws in but that was all. Under no circumstances would My glasses be adjust to fit. Sure I understand precautions but this is ridiculous. You didn't act that way when you took my money. Covid was around then too. Luckily your competitor was kind enough to back YOUR shoddy work and fix and adjust my glasses using USP and PPE as the CDC recommends all free of charge that same day you felt it necessary to schedule me 4 days out while unable to see and treat me as if I was pulling a fast one on you. Guess who gets our next 1000?

Terrible service. Walked in at same time people were looking at frames. Only one associate. We were there to pick up and the other people were still selecting. She provided service to the people needing frames for over 30 minutes before getting to us for the 3 minutes required to hand us a pair of frames. If staffing is this low, associates need to learn how to politely and properly service both types of customers.

Was there 02/22/20 about 11:40am. Only 1 female employee and one male. The female was horrible. Brought my mentally challenged brother along with my mom who was on a walker. Brother had broken his glasses. She ran my brother out of a chair, blew us off, and totally ignored the woman who came in behind us. Extremely rude woman with no sense of customer service. Male employee was helpful, even fixed my brother's frames. Will be making appt for brother's eye check and new glasses but WON'T be back to Walmart optical.

Uses them for the first and last time. First my prescription was done wrong. When I left my glasses with them to be corrected I left them in the case they gave me when I bought the $149 pair of glasses. When I picked them up they were not in my case and the doctor Dr Jon said he didn't see the case and he didn't take my order. Really! So I dont have a case and he wasn't going to make it right. I will use the clinic down the road next year!

Dr. Jones was very thorough and informative. My whole family uses him for our exams. The girls in the adjoining office helped me picked out my frames and made sure they fit me properly when I picked them up.I have only encountered friendly and helpful people at this Walmart Vision Center in Lenoir City.
