Phillip went out of his way to help us after our daughter recently had an accident. Her car was totaled, he not only towed it to his place , but bent over backwards to help us in any way possible. He even offered advice and helped us sell it. I would highly recommend A plus to anyone that would listen. If you want to be treated like family, go to A plus collision!

Philip gave estimate set the date for September 2nd, time to take the vehicle he was sketchy and said he had on the book for October 2nd. He clearly after hearing the same situation from another customer doesn't want to do the work. But he had already gotten money from State farm! This accident was in July! Would never recommend them!!

The hours they post are not real. You can only get an estimate from 8-12. Don’t dare go in on your lunch break and expect an estimate. The guy sent the message that he was getting ready to go to lunch (not all ready gone). Guess they don’t want or need business.

Had minor rear end damage on my truck. When I got my truck back from A+, it had missing/broken and improperly installed parts. When I brought it to the owners attention he wrote down a part number and said good luck. I can't tell you what body shop to use in the future but I can tell you what body shop not to use .

My elderly retired widowed disabled neighbor brought her car to A Plus Collision in Lewisburg, TN. Only after the insurance company made the decision to total the vehicle due to cost did they try to charge her a 30 dollar a night storage fee. She lives approximately a mile away from the business. He tried to hold her titled vehicle randsom to rack up costs for the insurance company and her noting he did no repair to the vehicle. The staff would not listen to my legal warning and are accountable. Ethics are substandard. To date they have not provided the attorney name who the office person reported is suppossedly directing them. This is a small town and word spreads quick. Lots of childish unethical games from them. I can not recommend. We must protect our elderly, widows, & veterans from people who who lack the morals to treat them right!
