Not as responsive as they used to be. The kiosk in the lobby hasn't worked in months. Lobby is full of bugs and spider webs. They haven't responded to my request for a time that their Internet is back up so the kiosk works. I used them years ago and they were okay to deal with but now it's ridiculous.

Great experience. I've had 3 units over the last 5 years and would definitely use them again. Clean, secure, great online tools for managing payments and rental, I used the kiosk there to rent units on the spot several times. The climate controlled area is fantastic.

A1 Storage Complex has been a blessing to our family. It is in a great, convenient location, and has climate controlled units to keep sensitive items like photos etc. from weathering issues. The 24 hour access and user friendly self serve kiosk make it more convenient than any others I have found. They have taken security measures on the property and have very reasonable prices for all you get. They are the only self storage company I would use!

I love the convenience and location of this storage property. Its the only property that allows me to book and move into a storage unit by myself 24 hours/7 days a week. The unit rates are competitive and I've always felt safe on the property with its fence, gate, and security cameras. The staff is always friendly and responsive...answering all my questions.
