I had my car towed to RCS and they were pretty quick to diagnose the problem. My battery had died, and I had tried to jump it myself, but it was just done. The price of the battery and labor to replace it was reasonable. The owner didn't try to sell me on anything else, although he did explain to me that I may need a new alternator in the future, but it wasn't necessary to do that now. I appreciated that. “The folks are Lyons Ford are first class! A lot of people talk about service, but these folks provide service at a whole new level! We recently bought a new truck from them and the buying experience was so seamless as they were able to get everything squared away before we came to the dealership where we just signed and grabbed the keys when we picked up the truck. Also, the bed cover wasn't able to be installed as we were waiting for it to be shipped in. So, when it arrived, they offered to come pick up the truck from our home (1 hr from the dealership), install the bed cover, and bring the truck back. Oh by the way, on the day the driver came to pick up the truck, the key was with my son at school and I wasn't home. So the driver went to my son's school and met him to get the truck key too. Thank you to Chris (salesperson), Shane (service manager), and the driver (whom I shamelessly don't know the name)! We will call y'all first when we need a vehicle in the future!”

“I thought i posted a review last year, but guess i was mistaken, so i'll do 2 reviews in 1. We purchased a Toyota Sienna from them last year to replace one that got destroyed in an accident. It Did need a few upgrades (tires and light suspension work) but i could tell it had a great engine and was definitely worth it, and got it at a great price! (still driving strong to this day!). fast forward to review #2: My wife needed a car, so we set up a meeting 'by appointment' ..unfortunately there was some miscommunication, and noone showed up to meet us, (and we live pretty far away) They contacted us later that evening and explained the misunderstanding, so we setup another appointment to come back out. We test drove probably 3-4 vehicles, all of which were pretty great quality for the price, decided on an older Lexus. They cut us an amazing deal..when we went to pick it up, the 'temp-tag' registry was completely offline though...so although we had purchased the vehicle, we couldn't drive it just yet...my wife and i just laughed about it..The very next day, they personally drove out of their way to hand deliver us this car (and like i said, we live pretty far) This is one amazing family! Customer service was above and beyond anything you would expect from a 'dealership', but they're not a dealership at all..just a tiny local 'vehicle vendor' and always seem to have something great for even the smallest budget. Would i come back? Yes! (..and i DID come back) will i come back again? Absolutely!!! Y'all really take care of your customers. You really are the greatest and we absolutely love you all! “Had some pretty serious car trouble on the interstate on my way to a music event in New Orleans where I was hosting a performance room the following evening. I had eight different music acts depending on me to show up with my carload of equipment. Pulled into Lewisburg Auto hoping for the best, and I definitely found it! Q heard my plight, had his guys look at my car immediately, then got me in the garage, repaired, and back on the road in less than 90 minutes. And considering my vulnerable situation, I expected to pay a hefty premium, but the bill was exceedingly reasonable. “I bought a battery for my car in April. Come to find out it had a bad cell in it. I took it back the employees working in the car center and customer service were outstanding I could not have asked for better service. The let me exchange my batter for a new battery. Thanks to them I was able to exchange my old one for a new one and get to work on time.”
