I'm new to the Lewisburg, TN area, and this was my first time needing car repairs. I read all of the reviews, and RCS stood out from the rest. I had my car towed to RCS and they were pretty quick to diagnose the problem. My battery had died, and I had tried to jump it myself, but it was just done. The price of the battery and labor to replace it was reasonable. The owner didn't try to sell me on anything else, although he did explain to me that I may need a new alternator in the future, but it wasn't necessary to do that now. I appreciated that. So far so good, I'll definitely go back to RCS the next time my card needs servicing.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car there based on the reviews. My car has lots of problems but I needed them repaired. I paid to have an evap leak fixed and my car still has an evap leak. They put in a new camshaft sensor. I am getting a code that the cam shift sensor is bad. I have called and left messages. No one will return my calls. If you can't or don't want to fix my car just say so. I should at least have some kind of warranty on the camshaft sensor. I can't understand why you treat a customer this way. Edit review/ I posted screenshots of my calls to you. To your credit you where only there for one incident. I only left one other bad review because he said bring in my car and he would fix it in 2 hours. My landlord checked on my car and it was in the same spot. I had diagnostic run on my car and it came back that I had an evap leak and the camshaft sensor was bad. I called to let you know and maybe we could get it fixed. My car was there for a week and a half not 2 months. I did not ever say that I had a budget. I actually said it was fix this car or get another car. I wanted to fix the car. I paid 59$ to have the first ecm installed. I can provide proof of this. The second ecm was installed at no charge. I appreciate that. You keep saying my budget, but I absolutely never said I had a certain amount to spend. I'm sure in today's time everyone has a budget. My work was getting money together to help me pay for transportation. From your reviews I just expected more than what I received. No one would let me know what I needed to do to get this fixed so I gave up. Like I said you where not there except one time. I hope that if I ever need repairs and come to you, I get more professional service than I received. If you have any questions you have my phone number. It would of been nice that you called me and see if something could be done to fix the experience I had.

So very courteous and professional! They wouldn't let me pay them for the diagnostic because they couldn't do the needed repairs.

I was on an out of state trip in TN when I hit a rock on a back road and bent my tie rod. It was on a Friday afternoon and I needed to be home by Sunday noon. Knowing shops were closing soon and most weren’t open Saturdays I quickly made a phone call. I talked with Rick and he said he would look at it. I brought it in right away and Rick and Todd fixed her up for me. They couldn’t get a new part in time so they just put the work in and bent it back in place as close as they could. They even worked pass their closing time for me. You really don’t notice anything wrong with the steering now. I’m so thankful for these guys that they could fix me up so that I could comfortably get home in time! Very affordable as well, especially for the fact that it was a bit an emergency fix!I am impressed!God Bless!

They repaired my husband's company truck and really went above and beyond to get the job done. They even made a part for the truck himself and got the truck fixed quicker than I thought! He also fixed a issue we were having with out car while waiting on the truck to get fixed all the staff was very friendly and helpful not to mention the shop itself was very clean we will definitely refer and do business with RCS in the future

Decided to replace the 4 cyl turbo engine in 2014 Buick Regal. Rick diagnosis was only 3 cyl operating reason car was running smoothly and with acceleration. Estimate was reasonable and replacement was timely. Great courteous professional service. I definitely recommend for any auto repair.Service: Engine repair
