Post office discrimination against *only* my apartment complex. Refusung to deliver packages. Claiming narrow hallways. Hallways are one inch shy of 5 feet wide. Policy is in place to single out this building to not deliver. Inspector general is investigating.

I have so many missing packages that say “delivered” in my mailbox but of course nothing is there. It’s a huge loop around process to get in touch with anyone that works here by phone. Then They still don’t help. They just say contact the company who sent it. Well, of course they won’t do anything because it shows delivered. Everyone in my neighborhood has been having this issue. It’s getting really old.

Packages being shown as delivered but I don’t receive them. I try calling the postal inspector and they don’t answer. I put in online claims and they never respond back.

You may or may not get your package based on if the carrier feels like delivering. Amazon sent me a notice saying the USPS could not deliver citing they needed a gate code. I don't live in a gated community. If they're not going to deliver and leave a notice in the mailbox, at least speak the truth. Just say it was either too heavy or something honestly prevented a successful delivery. Being honest is best.
Not the best mail service. Packages beware.

Cant deliver a package that they verified the address on there computer. Paid 30 dollars for insurance and tracking. The returned it no such number. No 30 dollars back and a unhappy customer for us. Need to eliminate the USPS totally!!!!!

Twice I was suppose to receive a Disability review form to fill out to keep my disability check. I called Social Security office and told them I didn’t receive it and then they mailed me another one again didn’t receive it either so I called Social Security again and they told me to call post office and let them know I’m not receiving important letters. That could cause me to not get my check. I tried calling post office could never get anyone to answer. Hope it doesn’t happen anymore.

One of your carriers almost caused a multiple vehicle accident today by pulling out in front of me on n Ellington. I had to slam on my brakes, and honked to let her know that was unacceptable, and she gave ME the finger as if I were at fault! The phone number provided doesn't help at all. But the white woman who drives the gold van to deliver mail should not be on the road. I had multiple cars behind me as well, this could have ended very badly, and she apparently didn't see what she did wrong. Pick your carriers better.

Poor delivery of mail they don't even put mail in your mailbox unacceptable they just throw it in the mail room laziness I had some important mail missing last week do something to change this

I have had nothing but issues with Lewisburg Post office... Beyond frustrated!! They don't deliver my packages, they said they were told by management not to but I talked to him and he said that they never said anything about delivery of packages and then they returned a package same day supposedly the address was wrong but got one yesterday from the same company, same address. The mail carrier is just flat out lazy and I intend on getting hold of someone higher up and see what the problem is and get it done fixed!! If the carrier doesn't want to do the job, then fire them!! Tired of all the excuses and I have done my research. So hopefully it will be taken care of.

There was a package supposed to be delivered to me today. I REALLY NEEDED IT. I looked and yall left a note on my door saying yall missed me. I didn't hear anyone knock. Yall should work on knocking a little louder at doors when you deliver and also yall delivered 2 wrong packages to me one day. They were for my neighbors next door in another building. Please organize better
