I Had to bring my prepaid phone in because I'd went 2 months without putting minutes on it. I called ATT and they told me that I'd have to go buy another Sim card so I bought one from Walmart and when I came into the att store in lexington to get it set up he made me buy another one from the att store when it was the same kind of Sim card. So I practically waisted money on the one I bought from Walmart and I'm very disappointed in that. Because I didn't have the money to waist and now I can't return the one back to Walmart.

Just a shout out to Dustin the store manager there. He has gone above & beyond to help us out when visiting my father in TN. Not only to get his phone set up properly and iPad but if he has a problem he will take the time to help him fix it. Great customer service and AT& T is lucky to have him!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Long story short, I went through the walmart at&t services to start my phone lines and they completely messed things up. Resulting in one of my phone lines being completely useless and the other not even functioning past a week. I went to two different walmarts and called the at&t call centers at least half a dozen times to try and sort things out, but nobody was any help. It wasnt until I went to the lexington at&t store where Krystin Young actually sat with me and got things figured out. She even stayed after her shift to make sure my phone lines got sorted. Huge shout out to Krystin, thank you so much for your help. This store is 10 out of 10 and I won't be taking my business anywhere else.

I have used this store several times over the past several years. Went in yesterday 5/18/24 to add a line and purchase a new iPhone. I thought it was a bit off that ALL the phones were locked up in the back in a safe. Said people were stealing them. While I don’t doubt that given the world today BUT the phones have always been attached to cables behind the wall. ( Seems kind of hard to steal them that way to me )The guy didn’t transfer anything from the old phone so now stuck with a phone that can’t be used until all the contacts etc. are transferred. That should have been done when he set the phone up. I would have to say this was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at this place. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I will take my business elsewhere.

We were so very pleased on the service we had on this past Sunday afternoon. We are at&t customers and had gotten new phones but not had time to do the set up . We needed a new card because of the new device update and the store manager, Dustin , was the one working . He has a super great personality and it only took a few minutes to begin our transfer , set up , etc . While we waited there were 5 other customers that came in and all were treated with such respect and caring . He handled the multitasking with each customer so well . We will return there again when we need help .
