BEWARE if you are ever purchasing from this business. This is simply an opinion from a customer. The products are totally fine, but the owner(s), a piece of work. What they will tell you in the showroom, things like "we will come out when you install it and get it ready for you, showing you the control functions, etc." (because some of these hot tubs are like the control panels of a 747 and of course not all set-ups are identical). Not only being our first hot tub purchase, we also went for an upper tier model and brand. Their claim to assist us in setup was a huge influence with me as this was my first hot tub purchase. Once you walk out of that showroom (God forbid if you end up buying one from him), all deals are off. They do not even provide instruction/install booklets for your purchase. They say "go online and download them," or at least that is what we had to do. The first rule of business always taught in business schools, classes, etc. is "The customer is always right," or "the customer is the boss." Now we know with common sense in the literal term that is simply a figure of speech, but anyone who has business acumen and experience knows there is so much truth to that. The customer provides the livelihood of the business. If the customer is not happy or treated with respect, usually it will come back to bite you in the rear. BEWARE, if you express this valued business lesson to this owner, they will begin preaching to you, LITERALLY! Every other word is about church and Christianity and why you cannot express your frustration or dare to question their business practices or what was said during the initial sales conversation. NOPE - these folks are the equivalent to an outright Evangelical Revival on a hot July night. So, keep this in mind that YOU ARE BEING JUDGED FROM THE OUTSET, and any disagreement with the ownership will forever condemn you to Hell. Outside of the preaching to you, there is still the matter of "will my product be properly serviced or will you honor your word and come out in person, walk through the customer with the installation setup, turning it on, etc. Other than dropping it off in your driveway/patio, your business relationship ends there with these folks. If you have any issue with the rude customer service from the owner, then you may as well have it with the repairman as that is the brother and regardless of how rude you are treated, blood is thicker than water. The repairman/brother left our property when I told him "Your brother needs to learn some business tact and professionalism." Did not matter that we had pieces of the hot tub laying out on the deck, that HE TOOK OUT HIMSELF during the service call, he will just up and leave right there lol. Finally, my recommendation is to drive the extra distance and purchase from the larger outlets. Why, because they are properly managed and owned and realize the "customer is the lifeblood of their business." I was going to Watson's or some other places in Nashville and made a crucial mistake of trying to shop local on this purchase. I should have known when I drove up the almost abandoned looking business location. I went on the recommendation of a friend at the time who too, has since learned these folks really are not what they bill themselves up to be either as business owners or Christians in my opinion. Like all shady business operatives, any critical comments are not met with "sorry this happened to you, we will strive to improve and make the issue right." Nope, they will go online and block you and refute your words and criticize your inexperience of knowing the in's & outs of hot tubs and spa's and probably work in a little Evangelical preaching to you at the same time. I must now end and go and repent of my sins and wash my mouth out with Holy Water. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous. No hassle or trying to sell us something we didn’t need or want. Really simplified the entire process and went above and beyond in explaining set up and maintenance. Delivery was prompt and professional. Our new hot tub was delivered yesterday, everything went well. The whole transaction was easy and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Caleb delivered the tub in pretty tough conditions and did a remarkable job.

We've had our hot tub about 3 months now. Scheduled our visit and was highly encouraged to sit in all the tubs. So glad we did! The tub I thought I was going to buy was not right for us. We found the perfect tub. Delivery and set up was fast and easy. Would highly recommend coming here.

From the responsiveness, to the in person appointment, transparency, knowledge, delivery and set up but most importantly old school customer service. We are very pleased with our purchase. They are very professional in every aspect from our purchase to a very timely delivery. We are very impressed with the tremendous savings compared to the local competition. They also provide service, should it become necessary, and these are made in the USA.The lights make for a very relaxing evening!

I saw the FB Ads, and wanting a Price of Factory Direct Hot Tubs. FUNNY!the pictures in the ad noted from $2,995. Not the Pictures on the Ad, but the $2995 was like a small dog pool with a couple of sprays. I realized why the dude did not want two people at the same time. He did not the answers from my Question.Fast Speaking the trash talk and completely misleading. I was over my head, with the dude Travis has more Pos talking about Everything........misleading the ads!!! As Travis said, this is like a Auto Dealer, "I have to 'from began' . and then up buy. Those pictures you saw with $2995, no........The actual prices of $4500 to $7,000, Every Price I saw are the Same Retail prices in Cape Girardeau, MO.Fast Speaking the Trash, and misleading and lost of PUFF........the price he quoted one, hell, the store in Cape has the same price. I would not use this business for many reasons. I reached out on Facebook marketplace to get more information about the hot tub. I simply wanted to know where their store was, if they had any 6 person spas available and about pricing. I couldn't find any of this information. I then found a different Facebook page, and message the business where the guy told me I was already chatting with him on Marketplace. I simply explained I didn't know where his store was and he proceeded to chew me out. He refused to answer my questions and then BLOCKED ME, the customer. He blocked me from the company messenger and page, so I couldn't even browse his spas. He proceeded to assume all these things about me as a customer on his personal page. This whole experience was very unprofessional and a waste of my time. WHO blocks a CUSTOMER from their business? Just be leery of this business. You've been warned.
