It used to be good but now the issues make me not want to go. The prices are ridiculous and raise more every time I go. Some of the employees have horrible attitudes. Now they won't let you shop from the shoe bins. The more people can buy, the less work you have and the less you need to stock. With prices as high as they are and the rude employees with all the rules, it makes shopping there miserable. Some of the employees there are power hungry..So preventing customers from shopping from racks and bins and standing there simply to yell at people even when they're following the rules and being respectful, is simply a power move. Making a huge sign to prevent people from looking simply because you want to control people. It's not every employee though. It's 2 or 3. The rest of the employees are great, never a problem. The quality of the items has gone way down and the number of items being put out.
Anything good is sent away to be sold online and they're not bringing in shipments from other locations like they used to. The local donations are pretty terrible so what is left is not really worth it. And the prices being through the roof don't help. They've raised the prices several times over the span of time I've been a shopper. And don't get me started on the returns/exchanges time dropping from what used to be 15 days. The employees(2-3) act like the money is going into their pockets. $25 for a used damaged jacket.. $15 for filthy used shoes... That applies to many Goodwill locations though. If things change for the better, I'll change my review.

This store was by far the dirtiest Goodwill I have ever been in, I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned. There was also a strong odor.

We will go out of our way just to visit goodwill stores when we are traveling..This store is in need of a larger building to hold everything and not be so cluttered. The back room of the store where the homegoods was located was a mess...Will we go back to this location?.?. ABSOLUTELY..
