“Yesterday I brought in a friend who has difficulty with communication due to a stroke. I expected the process of changing plans, adding a line, getting a new phone, and getting home internet to be lengthy and frustrating. Instead, we encountered Peighton. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and kind. Before long, we were on our way with everything we asked for. My friend was possibly the most excited customer to get a new phone that the store has ever seen. She was so happy that she gave Peighton a hug. My thanks to Peighton for her kindness - and congratulations to the store manager for an excellent hiring decision and any training that contributed to this positive experience at your store.”
“I had a very bad online experience so I went into the store in Lexington Tn and all of the girls were amazing and helpful! Liz Maness truly was patient and went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue !! Most definitely visit this store for all your wireless and/or internet needs.”
“Another satisfied customer yet again. I went in this afternoon to purchase another phone and the people here are always friendly and very helpful. I'll be back.”

“I went into this store last week and the rep that I had was absolutely phenomenal. Autumn really understood what I needed done and she handled everything in a very professional manner. She was able to get me the phone that was already shipped to the store without any other issues. Hands down the best store I've been into and will continue to do business with them! Thank you Autumn and for all the help that you provided.”
