“I just got to say how wonderful family pharmacy is. They are so good to me about my medication if they don't have it or they're short they'll give me enough until the truck gets in. I was with a small local pharmacy in Lexington and had horrible problems with a medication and family pharmacy has always been good to me. They always call me or text me if there is going to be a problem with my medication. The pharmacist personally text you. The other local pharmacy I was with would not call or anything and I take a heart medication that I have to have every day and when I would call and refill it and come to pick it up it wouldn't be there and they would just say they had to order it and I called 24 hours in advance. So I was just screwed. Family pharmacy if they don't have it they will figure it out to make sure they get that medication for you no matter what. They honestly care about their customers.. for a person with a lot of health problems I need a good pharmacy and it feels good to have a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers.”
