I went into this store last week and the rep that I had was absolutely phenomenal. Autumn really understood what I needed done and she handled everything in a very professional manner. She was able to get me the phone that was already shipped to the store without any other issues. Hands down the best store I've been into and will continue to do business with them! Thank you Autumn and for all the help that you provided.

They are so rude and nasty. He would not take my husband is cause he could not read it right. So I was going to use my id he said no he was nasty , rude, and don't go there.

I walked in the store and the representative didn't greet me so I knew I wasn't welcome. I feel I'm never welcome at this Verizon store. Always gotta drive 27 miles to another Verizon store Sad Sad ?
