The new pharmacist Breanna was so friendly and nice. Hopefully she will stay awhile and really turn this place around. It was so refreshing to have someone who cares.

This by far is the worst Walgreen's i have ever been to. You cant get your meds on time, they tell you 100 different stories about why your meds are not ready and none of the reasons are ever true. They send a text tell you meds are ready and when you arrive you have to wait an hour or two. The staff act like they are doing you a favor. Its like a back yard barbeque without the beer. Walgreen's in Lexington Tennessee do better, be better. Treat people like you want to be treated. Your job is a reflection of who you are.what if it was a member of your family i don't think you would like it. Be all you can be.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Every experience with them is just terrible. From the time I had to originally pick my meds up everything was a total mix up. First they said my insurance had been canceled. Then after putting my SS# in they found that it had not been cancelled. Then they couldn’t find the prescription. Then they found it and said it was not written right. That there wasn’t a special # that it needed. Then guess what they found the number. Then I was told that my Dr had to call them because it had to be approved. Dr called and that was not the case. Finally got HALF of my prescription and was told I had to come back after 5 days to get the rest of it. So I go back 8 days later to pick the prescription up and was told they gave me 10 days worth. That I had to come back. I pointed out what the bottle showed and that it was 5 days worth. Of course she noticed I was right and asked if I wanted to wait or come back. Just an awful experience. I’ll gladly drive to the next town over (25 miles) to go to a Walgreens where I know will not be an issue.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. They are the most incompetent individuals I have ever had to deal with. My child had medications sent in two weeks that were prescribed post-op, they still are NOT ready. How is this even possible? I waited over an hour only to be told they would be ready within two hours. This is insanity. I will be taking my family’s prescription business elsewhere. I truly do not know how this place stays in business.

So my husband went there to get his medication and he showed his id and would not give his meds to him but a total stranger gave their id and got his medication. So you would give out his medication to anyone??? Great place don't go there .

Walgreens USED to be a great store and pharmacy. Not any more. Friendly staff but horrible service. Literally wait hours to fill a prescription every time.Called 3 times and on the phone for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes and another 45 minutes will in store for pick up. I will no longer use them.

Avoid at all costs. I spent an hour on hold today, trying to get a person to answer, in order to facilitate a prescription refill. (Incidentally, I used the automated phone system to refill- gave my RX number and confirmed I only needed the one prescription... yet it forced me to connect and wait, to talk to a person, to confirm this refill.)Additionally, it is worth mentioning I became so frustrated, I transferred my medicine to the local pharmacy, Lexington Family Pharmacy. When I called to get an ETA on it, they said they didn't know bc they had to physically take a paper down there to the Walgreens- as they were experiencing hour-long wait times, by phone AS A PHARMACIST.Run. Just run. Go anywhere else. This is bad when other pharmacies tell you this is norm- they can't communicate with the store unless they demand to speak to a manager.Utterly unacceptable, as I am sure you will agree.

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I've delt with in my 58.5 yrs of life! Dont get me wrong theyre all bad, but this definitely the worst. In 5 yrs I can think of maybe 3 times they actually got it right and charged the right insurance. Other times they don't properly request the pre-authorization as it's a workman's Comp claim. But today takes the cake. I drop off a script for my Dog at about 2:45 pm and I am told it will be ready by 4:30. I show up at about 6:45 pm and I'm told it's not ready because the pharmacist had a question for the vet and the vet was already gone for the day except the vets office doesn't close until 5 pm and the script was suppose to be ready by 4:30!! Then when I ask why they wouldn't call me to let me know it wouldn't be ready today I got told again because the vet left for the day... what?!! I swear I'm just gonna start driving to Savannah CVS unless one of the local pharmacies handles my workman's Comp. I've had it!

Just keeps getting slower and slower. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes and my prescription still wasn't ready that I had dropped off 3 hours before.

What has happened to this Walgreens? They say your prescription will be ready at a certain time, it's not, or it's been closed you cant get need to call your doctor . Next day you have and you knew you had refills. Sometimes the cars are around the building

Have lived in 5 states and never have I had issues like I do at Walgreens. It's not just once in a while either, it's EVERY time I pick up my medications. If I didn't live in this small town where I'm dependent on Walgreen's, I'd never go there. I wouldn't even reccomend the the use of their bathroom, they are that ?ty.
