I went to this dollar general and all they had was the self checkout with no worker in sight. This was fine for me because I know how to use them but before I left this little old lady behind me said “well I don’t know what I’m going to do I’ve never used one of these.” I had to help her which is no problem for me but this should not of happened! It’s the workers job to be there to help with customers and that is not what you get at all with this dollar general. I’ve always had terrible costumer service at this linden location!

Their card machine is constantly messing up. Incorrect prices, not putting food on EBT, unorganized store, rude customer service. It closed 3 1/2 hours before closing time left all lights on and everything girls came running out screaming we are closed as running to their cars to several customers in the parking lot. Really wish our town had more options it’s sad this is what we are stuck with.

I wouldn't put a star at all but it's not an option. The employees are very rude to customers. I had a cashier talk to me in a very ignorant way. In front of other customers. I sent an email to corporate. Very unacceptable
