Can leave at. My personal address but won't anymore leave at alternate mail box far from my property then on weekends leave pkgs on other people's property because of non regular sub employees on weekends getting worse all the time hate to see it 10 yrs from now.

New to the area and have difficulties with mail while new addresses get recognized by the system and carriers. I just want to say that the people manning the desks are always patient, friendly, understanding and helpful. They've really gone above and beyond to help me and to be pleasant despite all the New comers like me with mail issues. Thank you guys!!! ❤️

I went in today and I admit i was not aware they closed at 3:30. It was 3:40. I saw a lady in the front of the line that was being waited on so I stood in line behind her. They talked and laughed and carried on as he got her mail and gave it to her becausr she did not have her po box key. She got done and walked away. Instead of politely telling me they were closed and he was helping another customer because he knew her he rudely slammed his door shut. I rang the bell and again he turned the lock. Never speaking to me and discriminating by serving the folks he knew and ignoring me completely.

It is very poor customer service to be able to get nothing but an automated voice on the line when help is needed. We should be able to get the local post office number not just the 800 number which is useless.

I am so tired of the postal carrier leaving packages where the dogs can get to them...we were home when delivered...our dog had my CPAP supplies to play with since Saturday...

Excellent customer service and delivery right to our door if need be. Postman is always friendly and caring to our packages. Wither personal or business, we never had to worry about our packages and mail.
