The store isn’t massive, but they use every inch, and half the time they save me a trip to Cookeville. Some things cost a bit more, but the help you get is worth it when you’re trying to finish a project without making five stops. It’s just a solid, local shop that feels like it’s run by people who care.

Waited in line to get told to get back in another line. Absolutely no help felt as if I was not a customer, but a problem. I will never be back after being treated like I was. Inventory more important than a customer. Inventory cannot be sold with out a customer. You should never be hateful to a customer. I will be making a cash to corporate over the war I was treated. Went in Ace today, my boyfriend is an electrician and is always searching for tools. Emma was the absolute best, answered all his questions and made sure we knew where everything was! We will definitely be back!

We needed 1/4 round in 16 foot lengths. They had it ..wow! We also got prices on paint too. Parking no matter what you drive is no problem here. With such caring employees it's easy to say we will be back.

We were brand new here in Livingston TN. We needed so many things. We had a long list. Potters Ace Hardware was the first place we went to. We found everything! Potter in Livingston is the absolute best, a disabled friend of mine needed 15 bales of straw delivered and in a matter of 2 hours they delivered, best people ever,especially PAT who I have known for 30 years ,bless you Pat !
