“Had many people there this day and the employee called in another employee to help out....the wait time was extremely long, but the employees at the store were working very hard to wait on customers as fast as possibly....they were doing there job well and didn't go for lunch trying to wait on customers.....Excellent job on both that were working there that day...Kloe Pyles was helping me....she was working her butt off and going beyond her job.....”

He asked me to come back within the next hour and said if I had other things to do, I could go ahead and take care of them in the meantime. When I came back, James gave not only me but the other customers he was helping phenomenal customer service. His personality truly made the process of upgrading my phone a 10/10 experience.
