“The staff are very kind and always aware of when you need help. They dont miss a beat to ask if you need help finding something which I always do at a hardware store. They're very helpful and the store is very clean and organized. Its a nice place and a comforting atmosphere.”

“Michael and his team are what customer service was like everywhere 20 years ago. Personalble, knowledable, honest and they always keep their word. In the time I have been working on my shop project, they have become the 1st call I make whenever I need something, even for things I know they don't have becasue they will know who has it or who can do the job. I can't say enough positive things about this company and it's people. They have me as a customer for life. Thank you Michael and team for all you do.”
