Was informed when I went to pick up a prescription that if I didn't transfer my Blood Pressure prescription to Walgreens that they will not refill my sleep medication.

I’ve waiting in the line for 45min just to be told sorry not ready yet give us another 10min and just circle around... Oh so I can wait another 45min. I get being busy I do but if you know you’re one out of the few pharmacies in a small town then have enough people working to get things done in a timely manner.

I just waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Once it was my turn a sign was placed on the window that said gone to lunch. There were 6 cars behind me. I have been using this store since it opened but not anymore. There is a pharmacy less than a mile away i will be switching to. That's not how you do business in a small town. Pathetic

The pharmacy people are really helpful. They even helped out when I didn't have prescription insurance by signing me up with a discount plan. I sure appreciated their help!

After being talked to and treated horribly by the staff (who were children) last night, I won't be back until they're gone. I've given Walgreens years of business, as well as my family and have never had a complaint until last night. I can say that Walgreens corporate and the day shift management are all lovely people though. I do think they should drug test their staff more often though, I've only ever seen addicts fly off the handle the way the girl who claimed to be a manager last night did. So if you ever stop by this Walgreens during later hours and need help from a manager, don't believe that you're actually speaking to one if it is a young red faced brown haired girl because she does, in fact, lie about her position and will attack you verbally and threaten to call the police if you ask for her help.

The pharmacy will frequently lose prescriptions, even ones that have been filled many times will suddenly disappear from their system. The staff are typically friendly though.
