If I could leave a review with no stars I would but Monday July 17th my Dog Remington got hit by a car and I was out of town so in my mothers attempts to get him help and save him she called All Animals Veterinary Hospital and they told her “I’m sorry we don’t have anytime for an emergency today”. I am so appalled and mad. They could have saved him but they “didn’t have time”. So I lost my baby. So I’m going to let everyone I meet to not to go to this hospital because if they don’t have time for an emergency they don’t have time for a doctor visit.

Dr. Hammond is the best vet around and the only one I trust with my babies. He’s knowledgeable and caring; I’ve known him to answer questions and make house calls after hours if needed. He performs his examinations in front of you and explains every step. I know my animals are in good hands with him.

I cannot tell you how terrible the experience I had was at this vet. My dog had been suffering quick and suddenly because her back leg muscles had severe arthritis and could no longer walk. As a family we decided that she should suffer no longer and decided to put her down. The vet treated us with no sympathy or care. They euthanized her with no muscle relaxer or any kind of numbing. They had to muzzle and restrain her. I had to watch our sweet family dog go out suffering. I would never wish this on anyone with an animal. This place is sick and inhumane.

To say im disgusted is an understatement. The hate from the vet techs was apparent today. I am beyond disappointed with THE LACK of professionalism from this "establishment" (One girl had long wavy hair and they other had dark hair pulled back). The procedure (euthanizing) was far from explained to me and my family. My dog died in the arms of to hateful vet tech who chose to RESTRAIN her, muzzle her, and failed to sedate/numb her. I WILL be filing complaints with the BBB and tennessee veterinary organization. This was a family dog who was loved and cherished for generations. I am at a loss for words with the so called "vets" here. Truly truly disgusted. These techs should consider a new profession. DO BETTER.

I am reviewing to express my profound disappointment and utter disbelief regarding the traumatic experience my family endured at your facility during the euthanasia of our beloved family dog. As an animal hospital, we expected a level of professionalism, compassion, and respect that was sorely lacking in our encounter. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, our dog was in severe pain, and it was a distressing time for all five of us present. To our dismay, instead of finding solace and support, we were met with an atmosphere of unprofessionalism. The staff engaged in gossip and boisterous laughter, showing a complete disregard for the gravity of the situation we were facing. It was disheartening to witness such insensitivity during our precious girl's final moments. What further compounded our distress was the absence of any explanation or discussion regarding the euthanasia procedure. We were left in the dark, forced to confront our pet's imminent death without any information or guidance. In previous experiences, it has been customary for veterinary technicians to provide explanations and present options to help us navigate such difficult decisions. However, this basic courtesy was blatantly absent during our visit to your establishment. The callous laughter of the staff echoed in our ears as we struggled to process the impending loss of our beloved companion. It would be understandable that the pandemic and quarantine may have affected social interactions to some extent. But the lack of empathy exhibited by your team was too glaring to overlook. Individuals with such a profound insensitivity and disregard for the emotional wellbeing of both humans and animals have no place in any healthcare profession.Additionally, I found it perplexing that the entire procedure was carried out by two technicians without any input or presence from the veterinarian. We entrusted the care of our dear pet to your facility, assuming that a qualified veterinarian would be overseeing the process. This omission only added to the feeling that we were not receiving the level of care and respect we expected.Unlike other hospitals that may offer insurance coverage for certain services, we were fully aware that this visit would be entirely out-of-pocket. It is disheartening to realize that our hard-earned money was spent on an experience that can only be described as torturous during an already traumatic time for our family. We implore you to reflect on the values and principles your establishment upholds, ensuring that others do not endure the anguish we experienced due to the presence of cruel, discompassionate, and self-serving individuals within your team.In conclusion, we sincerely hope that you take our feedback seriously and address the significant shortcomings we encountered during our visit. It is my fervent wish that you rectify these issues promptly to prevent any further distress to future clients. Animals and their caretakers deserve the highest level of care and compassion, particularly during the most vulnerable moments.
