They have a bigger girl with short brown hair and glasses I didn’t catch her name but she is extremely rude. Me and my husband were shopping and get to the register to be checked out we wait about five minutes there are two works near the register so my husband said hey we’re ready to be checked out. The girl looks at him and says I know and acts like it’s so hard to check someone out or help. So we decided to go to the one a bit farther from our house but has way better service and it’s cleaner.

The only reason I give this a two is because there’s one worker that’s been there no more than 3 months… guess what her name actually is?? Karen. Well Karen has not only given me and my boyfriend a hard time for not being able to get an item to scan, and had the nerve to say all this over a can of chicken? Isn’t that your job Karen to scan items and bag them and give a total and that’s it?? Is it so hard you have to be rude about getting an item when ITS WHAT WE CAME FOR. THE ONLY ITEM SHE HAD TO CHECK OUT. Everytime she’s working we know we can’t cash a hundred…. Everytime anyone else is working they take the hundred and cash it especially past 5 o’clock in the evening. The rest of the workers are nice and helpful. When she’s working we dread even coming in. Again her name is Karen. If you see this I’m sorry but you cannot treat everyone that comes in as if you’re doing them a favor…. She was lost her first few days and her coworkers were very patient trying to train her… we are regulars come In every single day, we notice things, and we don’t deserve to be treated rudely just because we are young adults

The employees are rude and act as if checking your few items out is a huge inconvenience for them. I was the only person ready to check out and stood there for at lease 5min if not longer with no employee in site. When she finally came over she didn't say a word. There are always big carts with trash and other items sitting around in the middle of everything making it hard to get around and the store just seems to not be cared for.

This store has always had a problem stocking merchandise. Its always in front of shelves to the point of you either have to move it out of your way or you just not get what you need. Saturday was a final straw for me. One of the male workers throwed a fit and hit my husband in the back with a box that he was moving because we had to move it to get what we needed and he did not like that so he stanched the display box. Then went to the check out and they lady was sitting outside smoking and said one sec. Then comes in laughing. I use to be a smoker so I understand a smoke break but that was disrespectful. This store has been in desperate need for management for along time. Corporate needs to spend sometime in this store.

Very economical with digital coupons that can save you lots of money. Coupons you want can be easily loaded from the Dollar General app on your android or iOS phone. Every Saturday a coupon for $5 off your purchase of $25 dollars is available on the app. You can use multiple digital coupons on each purchase but if you wanted to spend $50 using the Saturday $5 off $25 coupon twice you must divide the transactions to make it 2 separate ones. That coupon is only available once a week on the app but you can also find that coupon at the bottom of your receipts most of the time. Prices are good without the coupons but those 2,3 dollar coupons add up before you know it. So easy to use the digital coupon app by clicking on the coupons you want it automatically saves them to your profile.

I like the store its clean and the staff are freindly to customers however today I saw a woman working hard stalking a shelf and a mananager (I think) ,walks by her saying can you hurry up!? U are not gonna be able to have a job working like this! Then just walks off instead of helping her.I felt bad for the poor girl.where I work our managers are encouraging and would never be that rude to me.

Had an okay experience. Dollar General has really let themselves go over the years. The stores have become more cluttered and disgusting. They are so jam packed in very little stores, it's almost impossible to shop without running into people from lack of space. I do not recommend going to this Dollar General or any of them in Lawrenceburg Tennessee due to how poor these stores are kept.

It's amazing they got a you make over look great, but still cannot stock the shelves. You can see plenty of stock that needs to be put up in the aisle way blocking portions of the store that you were trying to get to. I find it to be the worst Dollar general I have ever been to in my life. Apparently management is non-existent because you hardly ever see the employees actually doing anything other than just standing around at the register. From now on I will just drive to St. Joe or Leoma before going to this place
