“Recently my parents moved and during the move a handle on their file cabinet was broken. I tried to find a replacement but was unsuccessful, so I attempted 3 times to contact the manufacturer (TEI) to see about a replacement piece without ever hearing back from them. Finally I contacted your customer service and everything turned around. They were a pleasure to talk with and were very helpful. When their first suggestions did not work out they persisted and a solution was found. Currently I am waiting on the pieces and so glad that your people were there to help out. You have a customer for life because of them”
