I grew up near this store when it was a rite aid and run a lot smoother all I can say ! But so disappointed with my last few trips , I had to return some packages it’s that time of year , but the people at this store don’t want to do packages or work for the most part honestly! She said you got a label for that package or away to print a label ?! No I don’t , then you got to a town over ! What ?! They said you print QR codes oh yes I can print a label if you have a QR code a month late my mom had same issue but didn’t say she had a QR code cause duh obviously I do ! So she had to drive to lenoir city on empty gas to do a return if you don’t want to do return for ups then take the sign down and stop advertising or start telling them employees to ask if they have a QR code before you send them to the next town that’s bs ! So disrespectful! That’s was my mom your rude and should be fired !

Absolutely useless pharmacy staff. "Our fax machine is on an hour delay". Prescription came from a doctor that's a 2 minute WALK from the pharmacy. Save yourself the frustration and go to Lenoir City.

Employees have always been attentive and polite. My only complaint is that I have a payment method saved on their system and it only works just over half of the time. There is a system problem that has not been taken seriously for over a year. Still, the employees and location make up for any shortcomings. This remains my pharmacy.
