“The Amazon Return process has gotten so easy to scan the barcode on a machine and it asks you to do a plastic bag coverage and it asks if done and it prints the return label for you and you stick it on and put in stack and done. Didn't have to wait in the 20 person line to the associates desk, how nice.”

It's not the logo or cutesy Decor that make it enjoyable dealing with that particular corporation it's the people, and they should be treated with kindness and respect. It's the workers that make the corporation. Not the other way around. I've dealt with FedEx for years and can't come up with a single bad encounter. That says something.
