If I could have left zero stars, I would have. My payments come out automatically each month on the 5th. The phone number they have provided on Google is not working. The email they sent out to customers providing an alternate email so we could get in touch with management is pointless because nobody replies to the emails. They fixed the gate, that’s been broken for over a year, last month and failed to notify anyone of the passcode to get into the property. Luckily, I tried the last 4 digits of my number and the # sign, which gained me access onto the property. To anyone considering them, they did not answer the phone BEFORE it stopped working. I would call and nobody would answer then I’d receive a text asking if there was anything they could help me with. I have been reaching out to them for days regarding an updated payment method and nobody has gotten back to me and their payment is supposed to come out Sunday. I went today and emptied my unit before I got locked out based off of a mistake they’re making by not making contact back with me. If I knew it was going to be such a hassle just simply trying to MAKE a payment then I wouldn’t have even selected these units. Mind you, my payments each month has never been more than a couple days late and I would of course call them, no answer, get the automated text and have to text back the reason for the call and then I’d receive a confirmation text back. They never had to reach out to me for a payment or lock me out of my unit. I have every receipt to prove I wasn’t late. I have every email where I have tried to get in contact with them. This is a horrible company to store with. Do yourself a favor and just pay the extra $15 a month for somewhere worth it.

I've tried calling the number numerous times no one answers I've emailed no one answers they sent me an email today saying if I did not pay by today when I had never received any other notice except for today they were going to auction off my unit I paid it in full and now they're trying to say that it didn't get paid I have my screenshots in my receipts every time you try to take money out of it even when it's not due you tack on a $5 penalty and a $20 late fee please make it make sense for me because the math isn't Mathing. So I need someone to get in contact with me ASAP.

Has anyone had problems getting ahold of anyone at the west end facility on ward Ave in loudon tn because I can't get any returned calls. I have a unit there and have for a long while it got locked due to a system error and I've been locked out for 3 months. Now can I get the code to unlock my unit

Not as nice as I thought they would be communication is awful
This place is soo poorly ran I can even get anyone on phone to pay the darn thing get text by several different numbers n told we don't see where you have texted or called ? !?!?! Needless to say we have found much better n will be moving after all the sickness passes.

I have never had any problems with my storage unit, and everything seems secure at the Loudon, TN site. The business is somewhat difficult to contact, but I have not had an overbearing need to do so. It WOULD be nice to have a phone #, in case I have questions.

Over two months I barely can get a hold of anyone... I have text and even call them and I leave a voicemail.... They haven't returned my calls or text messages.....

We just got a unit here and they're really affordable. The managers are amazing and have helped us with the online reservations. So far we havent had any problems.
