Great Selection, Nice Atmosphere, Low Pressure, They let you test drive the vehicles alone, Reasonable Prices and Friendly Staff. Ask for Gary, he was real helpful to us. Thanks Doug Justus!

Great place to buy a used car!All the staff are salaried so they are not pushy in any way - not to sell you the car, extended warranty, anything. They just want to get you in the right car for you.Go see Mike, the dude is a hustler! They will take care of anything that is not up to standard.Highly recommend!

Came to look at a specific car, was treated coldly from the moment I walked in the door. It had the engine light on and I got it inspected at a mechanic (as you should always do no matter if there’s a light on). The mechanic found an unusual sound that would need further diagnosis because it could be one of several belts, and may or may not have been related to what the light came on for. Doug Justus said they would look into it and call me back that afternoon. I didn’t hear back for a day and when they called they said they were just going to replace the sensor triggering the engine light to see if the sensor was broken. I said ok, but that does not address the sound the mechanics found and I would need that diagnosed before I could consider the car. They said they would be in touch. Never heard back and the car was removed from the website. Generally, they just had a cold, stand-offish attitude and I got the sense they did not want to deal with someone who was actually going to inspect the car and do their due diligence. I found this whole experience very sketchy and I would proceed with a lot of caution if you are interested in a car here.

My husband and I went on a Saturday. To look at a few cars they had for sale on line.. It was nice to be able to walk around and look with out having someone following behind you trying to make a sell.. Every one was nice. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Been here twice now and it went good for the most part the first time around going to get a car for my fiancé except one of the staff was talking with a potential buyer about politics for some reason very loudly which I thought was kind of inappropriate atleast for the employee.Second time around they ended up giving me a car with illegally tinted windows which was pretty awkward when I eventually lost that car in a wreck within the month to a redlight runner and the police made mention of it while taking a report. I liked the car I got but I don't think I'd come back again to a place that doesn't make sure the vehicles they are selling are street-legal and don't have any questionable modifications.

You need to be careful purchasing any used car but we feel comfortable with the purchase. We test drove many vehicles over the last few months and this one ran the best, by far. The loan process was quick and easy. The rate was good, given current rates. Happy with the results.

I am satisfied at this time, so we’ll do 5 stars. Hunter and Michael are tops.1. Truly no pressure sales. You are dealing with adults. (Thank goodness.)2. No haggle lot? Welll….sort of. I’d say less drama.3. Excellent staff, including salesperson, mechanic, after hours answering…longevity to employees means they actually care.4. Kudos to a small business and owner that survived c19 shutdowns and employs the sales staff instead of commission. (Vs the bmw dealer rep I spoke with, way too hyper without listening, also emails like it’s a text. I am in my 40s, and that is aggravating. Plus, he told me it wasn’t that far of a drive…umm, do NOT presume to tell me what to do with MY time young man. Anywho.) Now higher interest rates. Good luck! We need small businesses.5. Great inventory for these days, their buyer is scrounging up vehicles out of thin air somehow. A word on that later…6. Free auto check on the VIN.We traded in a ‘96 F250 7.3 L diesel beast of a truck (if you’re considering buying it, bargain hard, we got peanuts for it - about two peanuts; some parts have a lifetime warranty, just fyi). The truck did its job for us, and now our 3rd car is a minivan. Can’t believe it, we don’t even have kids to haul. So, thisToyota Sienna minivan (about $11K on website) is from NY, had 1 accident and took two auctions for it to make its way to this dealership. In the dark, with a flashlight, it looked like it was in a “mostly peaceful protest” hah. (Horrible way to check out a car when your husband brings it home.) Inside is clean, <125K miles, base model, 2012, a few seat tears in the back, and we aren’t the only people with dogs. :) FYI base means less features to break. We dug out the buffer yesterday, buff then Macguires poly wax, and she looks fabulous. Steam cleaning the numerous floor mats still is in progress - a lot of surface area to cover! I am exhausted from wash/buff/wax yesterday -. How do those detail guys do it??? Anyway, we **hope** we are right: that Doig Justus sold us a minivan with small dodah issues to fix (a few body seals to glue, maybe a tube of touch up paint, seat cover or sew it…needs 1 tire because low tread other 3 are great, get a 2nd key made maybe swap that out since you can pull the key out with the power still on - oops) …and is MECHANICALLY SOUND. That is the ticket for us. It looks Very Nice glittery teal and shiny in our driveway. The V6 is swell in the mountains. Loads of room. Great mechanical ratings online (unlike caravans or the dreaded Quest very very bad).Alright, about the less than stellar reviews. People. The country is going to pot. In our region?**Still NO INVENTORY. ** (California? Sure, lots are piling up, but do you want to spend $84K for a Jeep Grand Cherokee? No way. That is absurd. I don’t care how much tech they cram in)**NOBODY is maintaining their vehicles.** they trade it in - all on PAYMENTS, no actual money for repairs. Needs tires? Trade it in. Oil change? Nah, it’s fine. Fender bender? Nah, deductible is too much or keep the payout…**Service managers can’t get parts.** Even dealers are “refurbishing” controls like body control modules instead of getting a new chip. And service was out half the time for c19. (Or we all want to work from home haha. .)**Friends, we have to Wake Up. Be a little self sufficient- I know, it is dumb, but here we are. **If a dealership does manage to offer inventory these days, do you think it’s all cherry aka Perfectly maintained like grandma’s Pontiac? NO. Probably not. You’ve got cars driven until they HAD to do something…accidents, older EVs (really, a used Prius?? You are asking for it…even people who get NEW Teslas can’t get them fixed). Used is USED. Forget how cool it looks - and do not max out your budget on the purchase. Keep some in reserve for repairs. You’ve got to be able to keep on the road and get to work, I understand. So live below the max you think you can afford. Do not assume everything is working, because it might not be. /rant.

I bought a car from Doug Justus and there warranty was first 100miles or first Month. I had to leave the state after the purchase and my first month was up! So my engine died within the first 50miles of use. This was a devastating financial blow to me buying a new car, buying and installing a new engine and then paying thousands in rental cars. Doug Justus sells Lemons! ? Beware! They didn’t care at all about their actions because of there rule technicalities.

Awesome experience! They didn't swarm me when my wife and I arrived. They let us test drive without having to chaperone us. I was pre-approved when we got there, so the time spent from, "I want it, I'm pre-approved", to driving off the lot, was about 30 minutes max. The vehicle I bought looks and runs like it just came off the assembly line. I would buy from there again!Edit: I've got to say, this dealership goes above and beyond to make things right for their customers! My salesman, Michael has taken care of me always with a handshake and a smile, along with a promise to resolve my issue 100%. Doug Justus, you are doing things right!

I went to Doug Justus Auto Center back in February having already done a lot of research on cars and I already knew what I wanted. They happened to have a Mazda 6 in the model year and trim I was interested in, so I went in to test drive it and see if we could make a deal. Michael was my salesman and he never pressured me in the least bit. He was nothing but polite and professional, making sure I was comfortable and was able to drive whatever I wanted. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. The car had a couple of minor issues which were found in an independent inspection before I purchased, (ALWAYS get an independent inspection for a used car before purchasing) so Michael made sure they were all resolved and that I was happy before any money was exchanged. I would HIGHLY recommend Doug Justus Auto Center to anyone looking for a quality used car for a fair price and great customer service.

dealership helped me find the car I wanted; update 7/7/23 just found out the extended warranty I purchased through them ends soon which I paid 2000 dollars for! And there’s no way to extend it before hitting 149k and they were not helpful over the phone or had any symphony what a ripoff!!!

Employees are rude. Wouldn't replace a tire that had a nail in it. Don't negotiate price. 12 days later I realized a little glass on the outside was shattered and didn't happen in my driveway. Hunter said it was unacceptable to say something 12 days later. My husband was gone with the military for and entire month so I didn't mess with the vehicle! Don't recommend purchasing from them!

I was impressed by my experience at Doug Justus Auto Center. My husband and I were in need of a truck to pull our Catalina Trailer so we stopped by to look at a certain truck but it turned out not to be the truck we liked. The selection of trucks was extensive and we found exactly what we wanted and we love our 2017 F-150 Ford. The sales team wasn’t crazy hovering over us and let us test drive as many trucks as we wanted until we found our winner winner chicken dinner. Thank you everyone at Doug Justus Auto Center.

The staff at Doug Justus Auto Center were amazing! Not once did I feel pressured, overwhelmed, or taken advantage of. They were open, honest, and went the extra mile to help and answer questions. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

After talking to this dealer multiple times while I was working out of state it seemed like a great dealer. Not so!! After getting time off from work to come home to East Tennessee and after talking to Hunter I thought thing might work out. I drove two hours to arrive at Doug Justus. They held the Durango over night. Hunter pulled the vehicle around. The left front bumper was falling off below the head light. And worst of all the factory spoiler was gone and the top of the hatch was rusting from the inside out. Plus I could smell antifreeze burning from the exhaust. We did not both driving the vehicle. When we confronted Hunter he said no on asked about the condition. We walked the lot and saw what kind of dealership this is. For example a $25k Suburban with rust bubbles. They are buying junk from auctions as seen on the back lot and covering up the problems.
